Teenagers are the hope of the future of the country,and the development of adolescents is related to the future development of the country.In recent years,with the juvenile delinquency,behavior bias,crime and other related news reports increased,the issue of youth education by more and more people's attention.The social education of adolescents plays an important role in the education of adolescents.It can supplement and perfect the deficiencies of juvenile school education and family education,and can effectively connect school education and family education,realize the "three in one" of social education,school education and family education,So that young people's education system more perfect.However,with the diversification and complication of the demand of young people,the traditional social education model can not meet the needs of young people.In the innovation of the social education mode of young people,the introduction of professional social workers is a more effective way.Social workers are involved in social education for adolescents,which under the guidance of professional theory,the skills and methods of social work can analyze the needs of young people and to design specific and feasible solutions according to the needs of young people,and targeted to adolescents in social education,to meet their needs,enrich their lives,improve their overall quality,to achieve the purpose of social education.This paper from the perspective of social work,with the author participated in the"Wuhan Youth Summer Hosting project" as an example,research the youth of participate in the youth space of friendship in Wuhan,taking the demand of these young people as the starting point,using the method of literature,observation and interview,the author analyzes the problems and needs of teenagers under the guidance of ecosystem theory,and designs specific programs for the needs of adolescents,and adopts multiple service mode for teenagers to carry out schoolwork counseling,thematic activities and social work professional activities,and the use of diversified forms of implementation,and the use of diversified forms of implementation,so that teenagers can complete their academic tasks,enrich knowledge,but also let them develop good habits,enhance social participation and interpersonal skills,improve their comprehensive qualities.At the end of the project,to evaluate project and summary,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to the deficiency existing in project.
