For example, the heavy academic burden, interpersonal communication is becoming faint, the ability to adapt to the society continue to decline. How to improve the ideological and moral qualities of the young people is an important research topic to us and an urgent problem to be solved. It is directly related to the harmony and happiness of millions of families and related to national rejuvenation torch from generation to generation.School social work is a kind of professional activity which social workers base on professional theory and methods, in close collaboration with school teachers and administrators, to provide services for students, parents, teachers and school links.Intervening in young people’s ideological and moral education, strengthen the building of professional school social workers team school social work is a people-oriented manifestation of the professional requirements, the perfection of the system and the need of reality. Expanding the practice path of ideological education of young is currently a hot topic of Ideological and moral construction.This paper pays attention to ideological and moral status of adolescents. On referring to the theory and achievements of school social work and the ideological and moral education of teenagers, this paper presents the school social work and ideological and moral work in accordance with the concept of value, the content and method for reference, are complementary in the implementation of the effect. It provides a strong support to carry out the ideological and moral education for the school social work.This thesis consists of the following parts. The first part refers to the research background and significance, domestic and foreign present situation analysis and the main research contents and methods.The second part is about the basic theory of school social work in the ideological and moral education of teenagers.
