In order to meet the labor market demand,career planning education is developed in higher vocational colleges in recent years.This is not only to help students to set up professional view,but also,the key of the career planning education is to encourage students deep thinking,make choice and careful planning.It can make students1 learning targets more clear and induce their active independent study.Then the education source can be used more effective and the employment competitiveness and the career developing faculty of students will be improve continually.The changes of the educatees in cognition,behavior,and behavior results reflect the realization of the aims of education.Based on this situation,to judge the career planning education and lessons learned is significant to improve the quality of the career planning education.Therefor,this study focus on career planning education practice of Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology and based on relevant education theory and the career development theoiry.Use the questionnaires and interviews to explore the affection of the career planning education on students,attitude on learning and the professional ability.This research reviews the concept and the theory about the career planning education and summarizes the definition,content and the effect of the career planning education.On the basis of the theory,it divides the career planning education to three parts.Educational subject includes full-tirme teachers,instructor and professional internships instructor;Educational content includes occupation concept,vocational knowledge and vocational skills;Educational method includes lectures,group guidance and social practice etc.This study by means of the learning attitude which is an intermediate variable to create a theoretical analysis model that covers the affects to college students5 learning attitude and the vocational skills.According to the theory model,this study focus on career planning education practice of Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology.There are five kinds of questionnaire be designed around the students' cognitive level,correct study attitude and promote the vocational skills etc.Then collect the data by the Likert Scale and analysis the reliability and validity of measured variable by WarpPLS.The reliability and validity of measured variable are good with experimental data and it offers effective academic support for the research.The research result shows,career planning education helps students to set up the correct career concept,positive learning attitude and get professional ability effectively.Students identity the career planning education program via the program.The research shows,when students pay more attention to the career planning education,they become more positive and effective on study and obviously,the content will be richer and more exactly on the occupational understanding.The career planning education practice has a galvanizing impact on the teaching quality but it still has existing problems such as the cognitive differences between education subjects;the lack of the planning theories and innovative education;decrease progressively of the grade effect etc.Research shows,to create career planning education system and confirm the role and the responsibility of every vocational subjects;make occupational requests to confirm the key of the career planning education and build scientific systematic educational content module to set up the career consciousness and ability of students;innovative career planning education created experiential competitive educational method system and create the effective feedback system and the career planning education system of whole grade.
