A Diagnostic Study On The Education Of Career Planning For CD College Students

In recent years,the concept of career planning gradually spread in domestic universities,particularly in the us subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the world financial crisis,the global economic development faces severe challenges,brought huge impact on college students' employment,a growing number of colleges and universities in order to solve the problem of the current difficult employment,strengthen the guidance on college students' career planning work in the research and discussion.Colleges and universities as main position of education,to cultivate all-round development of college students,we must attach importance to students' academic guidance and career planning education,awaken students' career awareness,guide students to learn to analyze their advantages and disadvantages,understand the society and the demand of choose and employ persons of the enterprise,formulates the reasonable employment target and to future career planning phases.This has put forward higher requirements for students' career planning education in colleges and universities,requiring colleges and universities to carry out various forms of career planning education,to help students set up a correct view of career,to solve the problem of students' career development.Students' career planning education is of great significance to the development of universities and students.At present,there are some problems in the implementation of students' career planning education in most colleges and universities in China,such as lack of systematic curriculum,low professional level of teachers,formalism of curriculum and low educational effect.In particular,there are many problems in the implementation of students' career planning education in independent institutions.Based on the independent college-CD college students career planning education as the research object,using literature retrieval,data collection,questionnaire,interviews and other methods,comprehensively on CD college students career planning education has made the diagnosis,found that the existing problems,and after analyzing the causes of the problems,combined with the domestic college students' career planning education of the advanced experience of excellent college,Beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics,and fully analyzes the CD the specific situation of the college,puts forward the suitable for CD in the development of college students career planningeducation improvement solutions and guarantee measures.In this study,specific solutions are proposed in the aspects of curriculum system design of career planning education,platform construction of career assessment and individual counseling,and implementation evaluation of career education.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan,supporting measures are proposed.The results of this study have the advantages of scientific and systematic,which can change the current situation of students' career planning education in CD college.Moreover,due to the similarity of students' training goals in independent colleges,this program can be promoted and implemented in other independent colleges.
