With the rapid development of information technology,“Internet +Education” is an inevitable development trend of the era,and the new forms such as“Internet+ Courses,Internet+Teaching,Internet+Study and Internet+Evaluation”affect education and teaching profoundly.Hence,the improvement of information technology literacy is essential to primary school teacher.Specially speaking,the teachers should change their concepts,learn more advanced technologies,then take full advantage of the technologies to innovate educational teaching mode,and realize the change of self-role,all above are the proper meaning of teacher professional literacy under the new situation.To effectively understand the current development status of primary school teachers' information technology literacy,this study takes 284 primary school teachers in Linxiang city(county-level city),Hunan Province as samples by means of questionnaire survey,interview,field observation and so forth.According to the conclusion,the analysis finds that the information literacy of respondents are good in general.Most of the respondents who recognize that information technology influenced education are willing to try some advanced technologies.However,the teachers' information technology knowledge is inadequate,particular in the aspect of using information technology and integrating advanced information technology with teaching.This situation can not meet the needs of the era.There are several reasons for the existing problems above.For instance,lack of informationized teaching resourcest;imperfect training mechanism,weak leadership,lack of effective incentives for teachers,teacher's indifferent attitude,outdated idea and poor self-inquiry ability,low approval rating from students and their parents.Thus the improvement of teachers' information technology literacy is restricted.In order to further promote the primary school teachers' information technology literacy,the government,schools,teachers and the whole society should joint the efforts and make collaborative innovation.First,the government departments and schools should increase capital input,further improve the basic conditions,and set up the information-based teaching environment;second,the education administrative departments should further perfect the training system,optimize the training effect;third,the school should improve its leadership,innovate management practices,and inspire the professional development of teachers;finally,the school should improve the educational environment,and construct informationized multipartite cooperative education mechanism.
