At present,various drawbacks are found in the writing section of the PEP primary Chinese textbooks because of its obsolete writing theories.Based on all above,according to the analysis of the correlation among “compiling objectives ”,“reading and writing”,“oral communication and writing”,“readers-emphasized awareness” “the training of writing abilities” and so on,as well as surveying the status quo of the usage of “the function of communication and learning process” of PEP primary Chinese textbook,studying the present situation of the compilation of writing to find out the deficiency and the following paper puts forward several opinions and samples on compiling and writing on the basis of “the function communication writing theory” and “learning process writing theory”.Four parts are included in this paper:The first part is the introduction,discussing the research target and scope,research methods and status quo.The second part is the first chapter.It analyzes the characteristics of the“writing part” of the textbook,which turns out that the objectives of “writing part” are blurred and dispersed.The study of “the relevance between reading and writing”,“the relevance of oral communication and writing” and “the function of writing,which in all shows the following drawbacks in primary Chinese textbook.First,the textbook attaches much more importance to reading than writing.Second,it is lacking in pertinence in the learning bracket of writing-oriented reading.Third,the writing practice lacks the communicative situation influenced by oral communication.Through surveying the status quo of the usage of “ function and process part” in PEP primary textbook between the teachers and students by questionnaire,lots of drawbacks are found on textbooks,such as the lack in teaching guidance in the teaching procedures between the teachers and students and the shortage of communicative function in writing practice of textbooks.In general,the writing part of the textbook is short of communicative function and reasonable process support.The third part is the second chapter.Based on the above problems,the author comes up with some specific proposals on compiling and writing under the guidance of “the function-oriented and the process-emphasized” theory for writing textbooks.First,the writing theory of the textbook is supposed to be updated.Second,definitivethe training target of writing ability of each unit.Third,focus on “writing process”and provide reasonable “bracket strategy”.What's more,the editor and teachers need to stand on true literary form and keep close to real life.Finally,create communicative functional writing part for primary school Chinese textbook.In part four,the author takes the writing compilation of Unit 1 in textbook A Grade 3 as an example,trying to reedit the textbook.In accordance with the four parts,including “unit goals”,“reading practice”,“comprehensive practice”,“Chinese column”,the paper conducts the following writing attempts.First,the author makes the writing target in the directory index,unit introduction,and writing practice more accurate;second,she designs the writing practice bracket in the after-reading more reasonable;third,the author builds up the preview bracket in the comprehensive learning.The author creates the communicative writing situation through reestablishing the order of the oral communication and the writing practice,providing a writing situation with the communicative function,as well as a reasonable writing bracket for “the Chinese writing practice column”.
