With the continuous development of curriculum reform, how to improve the teaching efficiency and how to optimize the learning model has become a topic of increasing concern for scholars and teachers. At present,Teachers gradually realize that multimedia technology can improve the teaching efficiency. Furthermore, the ability of making multimedia courseware is one of the standards of information technology application ability for primary and secondary school teachers. Teachers need to constantly improve their professional quality in order to develop themselves better.However, at present the practice training of multimedia courseware is relatively scarce,and the effect of the course training is not good. Therefore, The ability of making multimedia courseware for teachers in our country is still weak and needs to be improved.In particular, in the face of this new teaching mode and teaching methods, there is a certain resistance for those old teachers. The training course of multimedia courseware is an essential course for teacher training, However, at present the training content is not targeted, the training methods are mainly based on the knowledge of teaching, the students lack of personalized learning, and the training process is lack of adequate communication. These problems lead to poor training effect. The new training mode-JiTT mode is a combination of network learning and face-to-face learning mode,which is a new training mode and can solve the problems such as the training mode is single,the training communication is not timely and so on.Based on the existing research results, this thesis takes the course of "making multimedia courseware" as an example to carry out the practical research on the Central Primary School in Chenzhou. First of all, this thesis summarizes the current situation of the research on the training of multimedia courseware and the present situation of n"ATT".Secondly,this thesis understand and analyze of the ability of making multimedia courseware in Guiyang County of Chenzhou City, Yan Tang Center Primary School Teachers, as well as their training course of multimedia courseware through the questionnaire, interview and on-the-spot investigation. Then, the author understands the requirements of the training courses of the multimedia courseware, and designs the training content based on the JiTT model through the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview with the teachers. Finally, the training content designs are implemented in Yan Tang Center Primary School. In the training process of the JiTT model, preview module and problem inquiry module gave the teacher a lot of space to fully embody the initiative, Through the establishment of QQ group, achieving the development of teachers and constructing knowledge of teachers. The feedback module in the JiTT model can effectively make the training teachers know clearly the knowledge of the trainees, so that teachers can adjust the teaching content and process.Through the understanding of teachers’ classroom performance, comparing the works before and after teacher training, interviewing teachers’ feelings, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the effect and the tendency of the training teachers in the JiTT mode, The conclusions of this thesis are as follows: The application of JiTT mode in the course of multimedia courseware production is practical, which can change the status such as training content is not targeted, lack of communication training,training method is single. Also, It plays a positive role in improving the ability of teachers to make multimedia courseware.
