With the rapid development of science and technology, the dissemination of information has changed, the data showed explosive growth, and the modern society is gradually moving towards the era of big data. Education needs reform and innovation with the development of society. Under the background of big data, education is faced with many opportunities and challenges. Educational Technology is a specialized subject which supports the theory and practice of educational informatization, and plays a very important role in promoting educational innovation and the development of educational informatization. The students of Educational Technology can only meet the needs of the development of the times when they have a solid professional knowledge and ability and have strong ability of data literacy. Based on this, the paper studies the problem of data literacy of undergraduates majoring in Educational Technology.This study is based on Central University of basic scientific research business project in Central China Normal University: "Research on trusted management and scheduling mechanism of service resources in cloud computing environment"(NO:CCNU16A02036) and the application of independent research project in Central China Normal University : "Research on the innovation of Web3.0 technology to promote the teaching mode of web development course" (NO: CCNU16IT0306). Combining the method of literature research, interview and questionnaire survey with the qualitative and quantitative methods, the thesis analyzes and constructs data literacy of undergraduates majoring in Educational Technology, in order to enhance their data literacy and improve the quality of training of Educational Technology talents. The contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. According to the research background and relevant research status at home and abroad,the thesis puts forward the research questions.The second chapter is the related research foundation. According to the literature research, the paper first analyzes and expounds the related concepts of data literacy,and then defines the definition of data literacy and summarizes its compositions of the ability elements. In addition, the paper summarizes the subject characteristics of Educational Technology and the structure of knowledge and ability of Educational Technology undergraduate students should possess.The third chapter is the construction of the data literacy model of Educational Technology undergraduates. According to the related research foundation, the thesis puts forward the concept of data literacy of Educational Technology undergraduates.Then, through the interview and open questionnaires survey, the paper collects and summarizes projects which reflects the characteristics of data literacy ability of Educational Technology undergraduates, then designs and compiles questionnaire.Combined with the survey data analysis of the data literacy structure framework of Educational Technology undergraduates, the relationship between the ability, the influencing factors in the process of capacity formation, and the ultimate goal, the thesis constructs the model of data literacy of Educational Technology undergraduates from three levels: the background, the ability and the target.The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies of improving data literacy of Educational Technology undergraduates based on the constructional model, the interview situation and the results of the data analysis, and combined with the actual situation of the school.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the research results and innovations points of the whole article, as well as the shortcomings of the research, and makes a prospect for further research and development.
