| In recent years,with the development of big data,teachers’ teaching methods and ideas can’t keep up with the progress of the era of big data,so how to improve teachers’ data literacy in the era of big data has become a new proposition for teachers’ development,and it is also an urgent problem for technical schools to solve.According to the characteristics of the era of big data,combined with the school running characteristics of technical schools,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,observation,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of teachers’ data literacy in technical schools in China,so as to provide reference for technical school teachers to improve teaching quality and promote professional ability development based on data ability under the background of big data.On the basis of literature research,this paper first puts forward the research background and significance of improving teachers’ data literacy under the background of big data,and then combs the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on Teachers’ data literacy.Combined with the school running characteristics of technical schools,this paper defines the connotation of Teachers’ data literacy in technical schools and the main ability elements,which can be summarized into four levels of ability elements,namely,the ability elements of teachers’ data literacy Teachers’ data awareness,data acquisition ability,data processing ability and data application ability;according to the ability dimensions of technical school teachers’ data literacy,the questionnaire was compiled to investigate and statistically analyze the current situation of technical school teachers’ data literacy ability.It was found that technical school teachers’ data awareness was not strong,data acquisition ability was weak,and data processing ability was poor Data visualization analysis ability is weak,data application ability is weak,can’t effectively use data to adjust and improve teaching.Through the way of interview,this paper explores the reasons for the problems of teachers’ data literacy in technical schools.Finally,referring to the existing research results of scholars at home and abroad,combined with the conclusions of the survey,the paper puts forward the development strategies to improve the data literacy ability of teachers in technical schools,which can be summarized as the national macro formulation of perfect policies and systems for teachers’ data literacy,and the technical schools create a strong data campus culture according to their own school running characteristics,so as to create a good environment for the improvement of teachers’ data literacy According to the environment;optimize the construction of educational resources,the state should establish education database for all types of schools according to the characteristics of education,technical schools should also build school resource database according to their own teaching characteristics,the government,enterprises and all kinds of social organizations should build resource sharing platform to facilitate teachers to obtain,apply and update data in a timely manner,and create a platform according to the training needs of teachers’ data literacy A professional training team,from the pre service,in-service and post service to carry out perfect training work,comprehensively and accurately improve the data literacy ability of teachers;finally,improve the assessment mechanism,promote the continuous improvement of teachers’ data literacy. |
