The teacher's job is to teach her every word and action will physical and mental development of students plays a subtle and far-reaching impact. The teachers work with intelligence, creativity, individual characteristics and maneuverability, so their management can not be like the scientific management school like that,"the provisions of a relatively narrow definition of responsibilities the scope for its initiative and consciousness and should pay more attention to mobilize teachers, stimulate their organizational citizenship behavior.According to the German psychologist Lewin (K.Lewin) research shows that individual behavior is a function of the interaction of individual characteristics and environment. Therefore, this study analyzes the relationship of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior, careerist orientation and school reciprocity behavior. Through the investigation of the questionnaire of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, analysis the relationship of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior,careerist orientation and school reciprocity behavior, and draw the following conclusions:(1) Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and their careerist orientation is negative.(2) School generalized reciprocity behavior and balanced reciprocity behavior has positive effects on the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. School negative reciprocity behavior has a negative effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior.(3) Careerist orientation and school generalized reciprocity behavior, balanced reciprocity behavior negatively correlated, significantly positively correlated with school negative reciprocity behavior.(4) School generalized reciprocity behavior and negative reciprocity behavior has adjustment effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and careerist orientation.
