In the reform of education and teaching, the teachers are concerned about the reform of teaching content and teaching method. Now, in the middle school classroom, only to meet the teachers, students listen to the phenomenon, although there is a big change, but this phenomenon is still widespread. Even if the teacher speaks wonderful, students may not hear wonderful-only good teaching content may not be able to achieve good teaching purposes, because the teaching content of different needs and different teaching methods with the right, the selection of teaching methods to for students to understand the content of teaching.In general, the use of the knowledge of the origin of observation, experiment, exploration of the method is more appropriate; and the knowledge of the nature of the use of teaching, discussion, self-learning method is more appropriate. Teaching and learning is closely linked to the two aspects, teaching work only to become teachers and students together to participate in things, in order to achieve real results. In teaching, we should not only give full play to the leading role of the teacher, but also to be good at mobilizing and exerting the students’ initiative. This paper introduces the group cooperative learning situation, so that the students learn together, to achieve the common goal of teaching method is the embodiment of this teaching spirit, and to clarify the author’s innovation. Cooperative teaching is a new teaching reform idea, from the emphasis on the study of individual learning to pay attention to the cooperative learning, care about the students’learning effectiveness. This teaching method is not only the change of the teaching thought, but it is not easy to put this idea into practice. This paper presents a practical strategy for cooperative learning. It is not easy to implement cooperative learning with ease, the need for long-term practice of teachers and students, but also to persevere, need to get support. Cooperative learning programs and strategies will enable students to benefit a lot.In the process of teaching, students’knowledge acquisition, intellectual development and non intelligence factors training, not just rely on a kind of teaching method, not only the a fixed method of teaching, but should be public gambling method, comprehensive use of. Generally speaking, the classroom teaching should be dominated by one to two kinds of teaching methods, but also can continuous learning and innovation, try and complemented by other methods, to play the characteristics of a variety of different teaching methods, cooperate with each other and complement each other.
