| With the deepening of the kindergarten teachers’ professional development research,researchers have come to realize that the kindergarten teachers’ understanding of specific education complex and changeable situation,grasp and control ability——the education wit becomes the key to teacher’s professional development.The practice of early childhood education makes the kindergarten teachers to realize comprehensive scientific theory knowledge and skills already cannot satisfy the needs of early childhood education,also can’t meet the needs of the kindergarten teachers’ professional development.Kindergarten day activities everywhere contains the opportunity of education,education situation of changeable and complicated,education time fleeting,which needs the teacher’s education wit.The author in the study of a large number of education wit relevant literature,on the basis of understanding to the domestic and foreign research related to education wit,mainly including education wit conception,characteristics,influence factors and strategy of education wit,a glimmer of teacher’s experience,etc.On the premise of using the experience of the predecessors’ research,the author thinks that education wit is not only a kind of ability,also may be expressed through the behavior of education behavior.Then,the author defined the kindergarten teacher education wit:kindergarten teachers in kindergarten day activities(including teaching activities,games,and life activities),in a sudden,then change the education situation of instant creatively adopting meaningful education behavior ability.Its operational definition is:in the process of kindergarten day activities,the kindergarten teacher to those who can use,can promote children’s development of a sudden,then change to effectively deal with the situation,to promote children’s physical and mental development of education.This study by Max van manen about education on the basis of the divided wit,kindergarten education practice design for five big situation,characterized respectively restraint of intervention,the understanding of early childhood experiences,subtle influence,confidence and trust,gets the gift of five children education wit.In the form of questionnaire,investigating five kindergarten in the Hongshan district of Wuhan,combined with interviews of preschool teacher education wit classifies the behavior analysis,and on the basis of the kindergarten teachers’ view of education essence and purpose,will be divided into different levels education intelligent behavior.The study found that kindergarten teachers education wit overall level is not high,a significant difference was found in situational,kindergarten teachers on the subtle influence to show a high level of education wit,second is to understand young children’s behavior must experience,talent,confident,restraint of intervention in the situation.Finally,guided by the theory of ecology analysis it is concluded that the kindergarten teachers’ knowledge to the reflection for the media to education wit the development plays an important role,in addition,the kindergarten teachers’ education and the self-efficacy and their factors such as the concept of education and children’s parents,kindergarten management concept,management mode and the influence of the external environment.As a result,the author put forward from two aspects of internal and external targeted promotion strategy. |
