Preschool education is the basis and the source of all the school education,3 -- 6 years of age are human personality and quality formation of the critical period in his life. In a very long period of time, however, preschool education did not get the attention of the public,low RuYuanLv become the common problems especially in remote and poor areas. With the development of urbanization and the modernization of education,people's education concept change accordingly, preschool education got more attention of experts and scholars. "education from baby" has also become more and more parents of consensus. In 2010 the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020), preschool education after launched the policy of the ten countries, preschool education get the rapid development of our country. "Grab"high quality pre-school education resources has become increasingly prominent problem,the public garden with low charge,and high teaching quality got recognition and favor of the vast majority parents, "squeeze into" public garden has become a compulsory course for many parents.The class is the basic unit of the kindergarten,and the class management is the core and foundation of the kindergarten management. The number of children affect the effect of the class management."The kindergarten work regulations" article 11 of the second chapter requires that the kindergarten size should be adapt to children's physical and mental health,should be Easy to manage and should not be too large.The number of children per class commonly is that the bottom class(three or four years old)should contain 25 children,the middle class(four or five years old) should contain 30 children,the top class(five or six years old)should contain 35 children,the mixed class should contain 30 children,the preschool should contain 40 children,and the number of children in boarding kindergarten should be cut down.Across the country,the larger class is almost universal, the class size is beyond the advice of the ministry of education, some area even can reach more than 60 children.This also brings a series of problems:young children's all-round development and personal growth is restricted,teachers' pressure and the difficulties of implementation of quality education increased. The author through the practice,observation, interview and investigation in the kindergarten, in the case of S kindergarten in some city, have studied the problem of the management of the large class, analyzed the causes of this phenomenon, discussed its drawbacks and puts forward reasonable optimization ,with a view to reduce the adverse effects caused by the large classes.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part,analysis the larger class of the kindergarten, with the aid of section data statistics in preschool education and questionnaire design, survey the status quo of the current class size, to make sure of the large class size.The second part, through the way of questionnaire and interview, from two aspects:internal and external analysis the reasons of large amount, points out that it is because of the expectations of parents, "famous effect", the kindergarten industrialization management, blind expansion of enrollment, the government of pre-school education investment is not enough, too little number of the public park , unequal distribution causes the large size of S garden.The third part, this paper discusses the adverse effects of large size, including restricting the collective teaching, influence the teaching quality, hinder the healthy development of young children's in physical and mental, bring huge hidden trouble to kindergarten safety management, bring huge psychological pressure, prevent teachers'professional development, etc.The fourth part, discuss the effective measures of S garden in the solution of large amount , such as the implementation of "WuZi" education, namely, comprehensive children's self management, to reduce the negative influence of large amount. Put forward a series of reasonable Suggestions, such as increase government investment,improving the teachers' treatment, change concept of parents, etc.
