The pre-school education stage is a key stage in the development of a person's life.It is also an important period for cultivating children's various abilities and promoting the overall development of children.Kindergarten is one of the main activities in children's life.Therefore,the quality of children's daily life in kindergarten is of great significance to the physical and mental development of young children.In the "Guidelines for the Guidance of Kindergarten Education(Trial)",it is clearly stated that: "Collective activities directly directed by teachers should ensure the active participation of young children,avoid hidden waste of time,minimize unnecessary transitions of collective actions,reduce and eliminate negatives.Waiting for the phenomenon." This study randomly selected a class from a public kindergarten in Harbin,taking the children in the class as the research object,taking the large class as the research background,and observing the performance of the child's negative waiting in the daily life through the observation method.At the same time,using case analysis method to explore the negative causes of young children,in order to avoid the phenomenon of negative waiting in the background of the large class,the child has a negative waiting phenomenon.Firstly,through the review and analysis of related literatures at home and abroad,the children's negative waiting performance,the reasons for the negative waiting phenomenon of children and the strategies to avoid the negative waiting of children are sorted out,in order to grasp the overall negative waiting phenomenon of children.Secondly,using the observation method,it is found that children are prone to negative waiting in the teaching activities,living activities and transitional links of daily life.The typical manifestations of children's negative waiting in these aspects are:children do nothing,do not participate in activities;children repeat irregular,meaningless behavior and guess the standard answer instead of freely express ideas.Through the case analysis method,the reasons for the negative waiting phenomenon of children are derived from the three aspects of kindergarten,kindergarten teachers and children themselves.In the aspect of kindergarten: the spaceand resources of the kindergarten are limited,the class is too large,and the workload of the teacher is large;in the aspect of the kindergarten teacher: the teacher has a misunderstanding of the positive waiting and the negative waiting,the teacher has a high degree of control,and the group activities are excessive;On its own side: the speed at which children complete activities is not uniform;the restrictions on children's attention development;the child's self-management ability is weak.Finally,the author analyzes the reasons for the negative waiting phenomenon of children in the daily life in the context of large class,and proposes strategies to avoid negative waiting for children in the background of large classes from kindergarten and kindergarten teachers.First,kindergartens should make full use of space and rationally equip teachers and resources,and reasonably arrange teachers' work tasks.Second,kindergarten teachers should improve their educational literacy,respect the ideas and expressions of young children,organize various activities according to their children,and Interests and needs to arrange activities to improve the self-management ability of young children.
