Since the beginning of civilization, rumor plays a special role in our social life as a kind of social phenomenon. Nowadays,in the social environment which network media technology increasingly updates and the background that all of people are becoming the followers and transmitters of information, pseudo-science rumor affect people's recognition and also brings the negative influence to society to some degree through its speeding transmission on the net. By using the method of Computer simulation technology, the paper systematically reviews the network communications of pseudo-science rumor and tries to find out the factors affecting its spreading and the ways of effects that are affects. Then the management strategy can be offered from all angles to prevent those pseudo-science rumors.First of all, the paper defines the concepts concerning the network communications of pseudo-science rumor which including the concept of pseudoscience, the concept of rumor,the concept of pseudo-science rumor and its features. And on the basis of previous propagation mode of rumor, it proposes a two-stage model of multi-agent interaction which applies best in this paper. Finally combined with case, it analyses the current situation of pseudo-science rumor and its mechanism. The network communications mechanism of Pseudo-science Rumor includes the network communications of Pseudo-science and its developing mechanism,the network communications of Pseudo-science and its declining mechanism.Secondly,Multi-agent simulation system was elaborated in this paper. Guided by this system,it builds a simulation models concerning pseudo-science rumor,which mainly includes the main body of pseudo-science rumor, the interaction among those bodies, its hypothetical model, its subjective classification and attribute description and interaction rules among bodies.Finally, with the data on "Iodized salt can protect a person from nuclear radiation" in the event of Fukushima Disaster in 2011 regarded as the initial data, simulation experiment about network communication model of pseudo-science rumor is done by using Netlogo. By changing the related parameters Settings,it analyses the following factors which may have influence on the network communications of pseudo-science rumor: "Opinion Leader",the intervention time, the credibility, the information interpretation and the positive guidance of relevant interest group. In the light of simulation results,corresponding management countermeasures were put forward from three subject angles: internet users; network medium and the relevant interest group.In a word,improving the relevant interest group involved in time,enhancing the credibility of the relevant interest group,improving the degree of information explained of the relevant interest group,improving the guide efforts of the relevant interest group;improving laws and regulation of news dissemination,improving the professional quality of the network editors;improving users' scientific literacy,playing opinion lesders positive role,enhancing users' social responsibility.The paper views pseudo-science and rumor as an entirety and study cases from an angle of network communications, which enriches the study system of pseudo-science and rumor and has the theory significance. Meanwhile, it puts forward many management strategies from all angles, which has the practical significance.
