The current research on mobile social networks is mainly the analysis of the evolution model of network topology,the establishment and control of rumor propagation models,and the exploration and prediction of rumor traceability.Among them,the establishment of rumor propagation models and control strategies on the Internet has become a research hotspot in information science and other interdisciplinary subjects.The research theme of this article is to establish a rumor spreading model that is more in line with the actual mobile social network.The research content ranges from homogeneous networks to heterogeneous networks,and the immune strategy for controlling the spread of public opinion is discussed on this model.Based on the classic rumor spreading model and combining the characteristics of user group spread in actual social networks,a rumor spreading model incorporating group parameters is established.The steady state analysis is performed on different networks,and the propagation threshold of the model is given according to its propagation dynamics process.The influence of group parameters,network topology,user behavior and other factors on the propagation process is considered.On the basis of this model,the effectiveness of uniform and targeted immune strategies is discussed to enrich the measures to control the spread of public opinion,reduce the losses caused by rumors,and maintain the harmony and stability of social networks.The main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,in real social life,due to personal characteristics,educational background,legal consciousness and other factors,some social network users cannot determine whether the information is a rumor after receiving the information,and they will first become dormant.Although people in the dormant state are not sure of the truth of the rumors,they may also spread the rumors.The characteristic of mobile social networks is that all users can create and manage social groups and invite friends to join,and members of already joined groups can invite others to join the group.Combining the above,based on the classic SEIR rumor propagation model,this paper establishes a new SEIR rumor propagation model that considers groups on a homogeneous network,and performs steady state analysis to obtain the model's propagation threshold.Simulations were performed on the WS Small World Network to verify the results of the theoretical derivation,and the effect of group spread on the global dynamics of rumor spread was analyzed.Secondly,the new SEIR rumor propagation model considering the group is extended to a heterogeneous network,and a steady state analysis is performed to obtain the model's propagation threshold.The simulations were performed on the BA network and the Facebook network,and the results of theoretical derivation were verified from artificial networks to actual social networks.The importance and practical significance of introducing group propagation parameters were analyzed.Research shows that when people tend to send rumors through groups,the stability of the system and the spread of rumors do not depend significantly on the topology of the network.If the average number of groups to which people belong in a social network(that is,the degree of grouping of individuals)is constant,then having larger groups is more effective in spreading rumors than spreading more groups.More attention should be given to large groups in research.Finally,based on the new SEIR rumor propagation model considering groups on heterogeneous networks,the effects of two immune strategies,uniform immunity and target immunity,are studied.This will enrich the measures to control the spread of public opinion,reduce the losses caused by rumors,and maintain the harmony and stability of social networks.After analysis,under the same average immunization rate,the target immunization in the heterogeneous network is more effective than the uniform immunization strategy.In the long run,the influence of the spread of malicious public opinion on society can be gradually reduced by improving the quality of the people and strengthening the supervision of the Internet.
