Information technology to promote social change,affecting the trend of social development,the social network has become the main theme of twenty-first Century,all cannot do without the support of network in people's life,the era of knowledge economy cannot do without the support of information.In the background of the State encourages sharing and "Internet plus" trend,in the field of education to promote the construction of three through two platform ",the online learning space for all new forms of information technology on social role without doubt,but the impact force in the field of education did not meet expectations,learning space for everyone to pass the construction boom in the actual network,the situation did not reach the desired" through "effect,so they need to understand the education system in the condition from the practical application,only to enhance and promote the frequency and quality of knowledge sharing in the space,in order to enhance the internal vitality of network learning space,knowledge sharing and learning space in the play the network drive,realize the network space learning such as reality as freely,so that the school to achieve organic integration of reality and network learning,deep Level pushes the change of education from the bottom up.This paper as an exchange student in our country Taiwan area study and investigation in the first half of the year,their perception of the development of the educational informationization has reference network learning space Unicom better,this article selects the CYCU University of Taiwan area as an example.This paper use CYCU in Taiwan i-learning platform as an example,the undergraduate and postgraduate investigation,the eight dimensions of questionnaire combined with the theory of planned behavior,social cognitive theory,social exchange theory and the related theory research questionnaire:skills of perception,trust,self efficacy,evaluation apprehension and reciprocity,incentive mechanism,knowledge sharing willingness and knowledge sharing behavior.372 valid questionnaires were issued and recovered,and then the reliability and validity test,descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediation function test were conducted.Through analyzing the data to draw the following conclusions:(1)in the description of the analysis,the highest mean of 3.51 skills perception,trust based on trust to enhance the ability of the maximalaverage value of 3.72,self-efficacy in terms of their shared views and ideas of the highest mean 3.4confidence,evaluation apprehension dimensions of knowledge sharing are worrying about what others think the highest average error of 3.15,mutual knowledge sharing,get information,guidance method,the highest average of 3.54,the incentive mechanism in the spirit of encouraging the highest average 3.22,willingness to share in more use platform average of 3.96,in the mean knowledge sharing behavior upload and download 3.21.(2)the difference analysis,there are significant differences in the evaluation of caution,incentive mechanism,sharing behavior on the gender,the grade has a significant difference in the incentive mechanism and sharing behavior,there is no difference between the professional subjects,in addition to mutual technological literacy no difference,others have difference.There are differences in the types of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism,there are differences in the platform use time,learning style differences in incentive mechanism,the grade and number of shared with the use of time difference in the number of shared technology literacy and use time difference.(3)in the regression analysis,and the willingness of skills positive effect on perceived self-efficacy,and willingness to trust the positive effects on self efficacy,effectiveness and negative effects of evaluation apprehension intention,self-efficacy and mutual intention influences,self-efficacy and incentive mechanism will positively influence,self-efficacy and positive influence on sharing behavior intention.(4)self efficacy as the skills of perception,trust,reciprocity,influence,evaluation apprehension intermediary role of incentive mechanism of sharing behavior is a part of the intermediary role,knowledge sharing skills as perception,evaluation and incentive mechanism for the sharing of scruples behavior is a part of the intermediary role,sharing as trust,reciprocity is the mediator effect of intermediary.Analysis of the data,carries on the discussion to the conclusion,the network learning space and proposes some countermeasures to promote the knowledge sharing behavior in four aspects:(1)the school level is changing the concept of education,promote the school to carry out teaching and learning space and create a good educational cultural ecology,skill training and incentive mechanism,improve the rules,establish the model of sharing platform network.(2)teachers should set up management posts,guide sharing activities,train high-level thinking,deepen evaluation mechanisms,update teaching design ideas,and play the role of teachers and supervisors.(3)students should enhance their trust,enhance their self-efficacy,improve their mutual benefit and lower their evaluation level.(4)at the spatial level,there aretechnical support,rich resources and perfect functions,convenient development,APP,real name system,space personalization,and the combination of network and physical space.All aspects of the factors of knowledge sharing optimization,put forward suggestions on all aspects of knowledge sharing,the network learning space for everyone to pass with a strong driving force,promote the construction and development of the full range of three through two platform project.
