Colleges and universities as a high-quality talent training base, is shouldering the important responsibility. College students during the college study, not just the accumulation of learning theory knowledge, but also lay the foundation for the later to society. Social practice for college students know directly and the effective ways to contact the society, for the all-round development of college students play an important role, grow up to become a useful person. As an important way of college moral education, as an important class of college students by education, we learn the valuable position and contribute to the effective form of social practice until today is still the focus and hot spot of colleges and universities and the social common problems. Summer "a program under which officials activity" is a typical form of social practice, to "a program under which officials" as a starting point, the individuality of the moral education to college students’ social practice function emphasis to analyze the social practice of the moral education function of colleges and universities in xinjiang.Based on the literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method as the main research methods, the social practice activity and its function of moral education of xinjiang universities implementation were investigated.This article is divided into five parts. The introduction part mainly introduced the thesis research background, research significance, research purpose, research status at home and abroad, research methods and research innovation and deficiency. The second chapter, college students’ social practice and the moral education function of related theory in this paper. Mainly the concept, the type of the college students’ social practice, and theoretical knowledge, "a program under which officials activity to related in this paper, the function of moral education. The third chapter, the status quo of xinjiang college students social practice analysis. The fourth chapter, factors that affect college students’ social practice of moral education function analysis. Mainly to affect college students’ social practice of moral education of xinjiang universities function implementation factors were analyzed. The fifth chapter, the realization of the moral education function of college students social practice. According to the xinjiang university students’ social practice problems existing in the moral education function and influence factors, puts forward the way to realize social practice of moral education function and, in order to realize the moral education function of college students’ social practice, enhance the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities.
