| The 18th National Congress puts forward:"We should strength en and improve education in values,provide compassionate care an d psychological counseling,and cultivate self-respect,self-confidence,a sense of being rational,composure,and a desire to excel oneself among the people."In the new period,the Party Central Committ ee is to cultivate and build people’s healthy psychology and excelle nt psychological quality,as the content of Ideological and political education;psychological counseling and education,as an important means of Ideological and political education.This paper from the pe rspective of ideological and political education research metropolitan career women’s mental health,expect society,organizations and fa milies pay.more attention to and care for this special group of men tal health in urban,maintain social harmony and stability and prom ote social spiritual civilization.Occupational females mainly refer to females who are engaged in social production in a long period of time,engaged in social work,and can obtain a certain economic source.Urban occupational females as part of occupational females,are mainly refer to females who are engaging in social labor(including mental and physical labor),and take wage income as main source of life in the economic,political and cultural center in a place.With the development of the society and the liberation of women,modern women are no longer only assume the role of family,they gradually step into the workplace.Occupational females,this group,in the social construction and development,has become an important force,is playing an important role;Married occupational females as the core of family,their mental problems not only affect the work and life of their own but also put the whole family into crisis,affecting their normal life and other family members,especially the growth of minor children.Obviously,it is necessary to alleviate the psychological pressure of occupational females for building a harmonious family and harmonious society.Compared to general occupational females,urban occupational women face greater competition in the society.At the same time,their requirements for family life,children’s education are more modern,and they are more strict with their own development,so the conflicts they are facing are more significant.In the fast pace of city life,on one hand,it greatly enriched the content and expanded the scope of modern women’s life;On the other hand,the modern society provides occupational females with the opportunity to compete with men,while still requires them to play family roles as tradition,it also brought females greater pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention on how to help them to relieve their stress and anxiety,improve their ability to cope with the fierce competition and regulate the ability to prevent the occurrence of psychological disorders and psychological disease.This paper is based on the theory of Marxism,use the point of view and method of materialist dialectics to carry out the study of urban occupational females’ mental health.Based on the questionnaire and interview survey of some occupational females in Hangzhou,analyzed the current situation of urban occupational females’ psychological health from their psychological status and psychological health problems;Focusing on the current situation of urban women’s life and occupation,according to the survey results and use the connection and development point of view analyzed urban occupational females’ psychological problems,and concretely analyzed the influencing factors of urban female occupation mental health from four dimensions of the society,occupation,marriage and family,and occupational female individual;Contact with the social and urban occupational females’ reality,the study proposed measures to improve and enhance the level of urban occupational females’ psychological health from three aspects of social,business unit,urban occupational females themselves. |
