With the rapid development of science and technology,as a new technology,3D printing walked into the classroom of students from all walks of life slowly and become the focus in the education researchers. What kind of change can 3D printing bring into education? What is the value? How to carry out teaching in different schools? This new technology brings us a series of issues worthy of study. At present domestic 3D printing education is still in exploring stage,Although some school in developed areas has its own system, but the research in less developed areas is still very limited. In this paper, through literature research, questionnaire survey, field interviews,quasi-experimental research methods, analysis of the current 3D printing technology in the field of teaching in primary and secondary schools and to carry out the main forms and the problems in teaching, based on the existing theory of school-based curriculum development research,to explore the model, curriculum content selection, implementation strategies and teaching strategies, which are suitable for the development of 3D printing school-based curriculum, and use a primary school in Northern Jiangsu as a pilot,do the study in the development and practice of 3D printing school-based curriculum in Primary School. This thesis mainly consists of six parts of contents:The first part is the introduction. This paper expounds the background of the study, the reasons for choosing the topic, the purpose and significance of the study, the research content and ideas and research methods. This paper summarizes the current research status of 3D printing in education and its development in primary and secondary schools,Put forward the current problems existing in the teaching of 3D printing. The second part is the theoretical research.Through the research, related to the study of defining the core concepts, expounds the theoretical basis of 3D printing teaching and related theoretical basis on the development of school-based curriculum. The third part introduces the development of school-based curriculum in elementary school 3D printing pattern research.Based on three kinds of dominant mode on the development of school-based curriculum, the author analyzed advantages and disadvantages. With the help of SWOT situation analysis, the author designed a new curriculum development train of thought that requirements, conditions and target patterns go hand in hand.At the same time the author puts forward a applicable to the study of the development of school-based curriculum model. The fourth part is the study of development of 3D printing school-based curriculum in elementary school.According to the development of school-based curriculum pattern, the author carry on the development of 3D printing school-based curriculum in elementary school. To evaluate the needs of school-based curriculum development from three aspects of demand, conditions and objectives;Design three-dimensional target specific courses according to the design basis of objective, curriculum goal design principles and the curriculum orientation;Choosing Course content from the dimension of subject knowledge and knowledge of the subject, then organize the contents by unifying the linear and helical. Finally,Summarize the implementation strategies of school-based curriculum and develop evaluation scale. The fifth part is the quasi-experimental study. This thesis adopts quasi-empirical experiment in educational research by using a one-group pre-post test design, interviews and questionnaires and other methods to check the development of school-based curriculum from different angles, summarize teaching effect and propose the teaching strategies. The sixth part is the conclusion and deficiency. On the basis of questionnaire, interview and self reflection, sum up the achievements and shortcomings of the study and imagine the future of 3D printing teaching.
