With the rapid development of social economy,social life has shown an increasingly strong "liquidity situation".This not only requires the competencies of the laborer to complete the certain task independently,but also the competency to complete all the tasks in a particular professional group and the ability to adapt to the group conversion.Therefore,workers not only have to engage in their own professional skills,but also have a common,transferable competency,which can make them be flexible with the new problems in the work and adaptations,and quickly adapt to the changing social environment.And this occupational key competency can never be automatically generated in the acquired knowledge,which can be only acquired from the process of exploring,solving and transforming problems in a critical manner,which needs targeted cultivation.The paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is the general introduction of the research content,in the respects of the origin and significance of the research,the interpretation of the core concept,literature review domestically and abroad,the theoretical basis of college-enterprise cooperation and the ideas and methods of the research,the necessity and direction of this research.Chapter two introduces the current situation of the cultivation of key competence in Germany and China firstly.Germany has adopted the teaching methods,teaching organization,the role of teachers,the integration of the depth of integration which are the channels to cultivate students' occupational key competency in Germany.And at this stage of our country,we use the method to create a combination of the key to the competency of students to cultivate a certain capacity.On the basis of introducing the present situation of our country,this paper points out the problems existing in the cultivation of the key competency of higher vocational education in our country,and analyzes the causes of these problems,none of the comprehensive and profound interpretation of the employment demand of enterprise from the higher vocational colleges,the negative impact of the traditional examination-oriented education,the backward in teaching methods,and the current evaluation system limiting the evaluation and guidance of the key competencies and leading,which is the four aspects analysis of causes of these problems deeply.Chapter three is the case study,which is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the inevitability of education enterprises researching and developing the curriculum system of the occupational key competency and the necessity of cooperation between colleges and enterprises.The second part introduces the process of combining the Guangxi College of Education and Guangxi Vocational&Technical College and the educational enterprises to cultivate the students' occupational key competency,proving that the cooperation between colleges and enterprises at this stage is the necessary measure to cultivate the students' occupational key competency.The third part is a brief description of the stage effect on cultivating students'occupational key competency through the cooperation between the college and enterprise.Chapter four is based on the third chapter,pointing out the problems in the process of cultivating the occupational key competency:students can not really participate in the cultivation of occupational key competency;teachers' conceptual change slowly;the limitations of the hardware conditions in higher vocational colleges;the problems in the implementation of assessment,and the low participation of enterprises.Then,analysis the reasons,such as students from their own sense of consciousness is weak;teachers' poor understanding about the cultivating,lacking of the communication mechanism;evaluation is difficult to quantify and lack of close cooperation between enterprises and higher vocational colleges.Chapter five is based on the front four chapters,under the guidance of system cooperation theory,vocational education theory and human capital theory,according to the current situation of the cultivation of occupational key competency in China,putting forward to give full play to the synergy of "political,colleges,industry organization and enterprises",the government should coordinate and play a leading role;higher vocational colleges implement earnestly and play the main role;enterprises should actively participate in,and give play to the role of main body;industry organizations should play the role of bridge link.The paper proposes to improve the cultivation of vocational students' key competency under the mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in four aspects,at the same time,explore and innovate the mode of higher vocational education to realize "the connotative development" of the higher vocational education in China in practice.
