In several stages of formal learning,the period of primary school isregarded as an important part.Not only has it the nature of foundation,but also it's the beginning of students' innovation spirit and practical ability.Although self-management has been presented in class management during the earlier time,people didn't pay attention in primary school so much.In educational psychology,it has presented in and tested on which the development of pupils' physical and mental development has its own rules and characteristics.With regard to the pupils in middle grades,they have already qualified for the objective factor and the subjective factor of self-management development.However,most of the class management is still based on the authoritative management mode and the autocratic management model,which as police and people,or the host and housekeeper.Driven by the quality education,education and teaching reform and the key competencies,the autonomous management reform in middle grades has becoming more and more significant.So researchingin the self-management of middle grades in three mainstream states is very urgent and necessary.In fact,research results of the self-management in middle grades have a bit.Some had introduced their own experiences and practice in their articles.Looking over those articles,they didn't have systematic study.On the basis of those facts,the self-management of middle grades school has a lot of problems.such as concepts behind,ignore student's subjectivity,monotonous management.rigid management model and management mechanism superficiality,which results in the inharmoniousnessbetween the students' innovation spirit and practical ability.These problems have anegative influenceon the students' physical and mental health development.which opposites to the core literacy class management.Based on the aspects.by comparing domestic whit foreign of the class management and analyzing the conceptions such as class,self-management and so on the paper will acquire someprocess.There are three primary school in Guangzhou as respondents andthis paper is aim at exploring self-management in primary school by using experimental methodology.questionnaires method and interviewing whit preparing lots of prelude work combining with literature and theoretical knowledge,and analyzing the management of middle grades.especially the current situation,On this basis,the paper proposes some valuable corresponding strategies.According to the results of the researching in three primary schools and analyzing the problems of self-management in middle grades primary school,this paper will present the countermeasures to make self-management perfectly.At first,to comprehend the reality of self-management in middle grades.Then,to analyze the existent problems of self-management and its causes.Finally,we will research the countermeasure of class self-management.The main idea is to change the management concept of the teacher in the school,self management of middle-aged teachers,parents' training of children's life ability in family education,students' self development requirements and the strategy of the Middle-aged Class Autonomous Management.
