The Communist Party and our country put forward a very important strategy,urbanization,which is the only way for the development of national modernization,has the biggest potential for the expansion of domestic demand,is the primary motivation to promote the development of economy,and is also a vital project concerning people's livelihood.Farmers are the key to the construction of urbanization,so the overall educational level of farmers,the development of science and technology,and farmers' awareness of urbanization will directly affect the process of urbanization.Therefore,with the promotion and construction of the new-type urbanization,the problem about the development of adult education in rural areas has aroused the concern of the whole society.However,how to fully understand the significance of developing adult education reform in rural areas,how to highlight the social value brought from the reform of rural adult education,how to reveal the trend towards the adult education in rural areas,and how to find a better way for the transition of rural adult education in the context of the construction of new towns,still need extensive investigation and research,which is necessary not only for the reform and innovation of adult education,but also for the construction of new urbanization in China.In the meantime,this essay is also of great significance to the solution of the problems,such as the cultivation of professional people and the development of rural adult education.Starting from the problems of rural adult education and according to the background of the development of the transition of rural adult education,this dissertation explores an effective way for the transition of rural adult education and proposes some specific strategies for it in the context of the construction of the new-type urbanization,with the current development of rural adult education in china as the starting point,and on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the status quo of rural adult education in Ziyuan county.This dissertation consists of six parts:First of all,the introduction about the essay is given.In this part,the research problem and its significance are illustrated.The related research about the development of adult education in rural areas,urbanization and so on both at home and abroad are also provided.This paper adopts two research methods,literature review and questionnaires,and some related theories,such as Location Theory,Theory of Human migration,and Human Caption Theory.The definition of the new-type urbanization,rural adult education and the development of transition is given.This essay gives its own perspective about the problems based on the analysis of the previous research.The first part is to investigate the current situation of the development of Rural Adult Education.The second part reveals the problems that influence the transition and development of rural adult education and analyzes what is causing the problems.The third part analyzes the background of the transformation of Rural Adult Education mainly from internal and external factors.The first internal factor is that some schools cannot keep pace with the development of the society;the second one is the lack of the motivation to develop adult education in rural areas.As for the external factor,it includes the promotion of social transformation and social development and the demand for the construction of the new-type urbanization.The fourth part puts forward some strategies for the development of rural adult education in the context of new urbanization from the aspects of ideological understanding and specific action.The last part is the conclusion,which mainly analyzes the shortcomings of this study,and points out the direction of future efforts.
