Contingency table is in the medical,industrial and agricultural,biological,and has been widely used in social science,with the expansion of statistical method and in-depth,is becoming more and more attention.In this paper,on the basis of the contingency table,discusses the three-dimensional contingency table variables in the presence of conditional independence and double mixing prior distribution under the condition of each cell of the Bayes estimates,the accurate expression of the Bayes estimation and two approximate result,is the development of contingency table bayesian estimation and improvement,and,for example,compared to maximum likelihood estimation,found that the result is reasonable;Secondly,this paper introduced the concept of figure,conditional independence with graph model,and lay a foundation for the study of the higher and more complicated after and direction.This paper are arranged as following:The first chapter is introduction,briefly introduced the contingency table,the concept and development of the Bayes estimation and graph model,and in these aspects of the research status and the main content of this article.The second chapter mainly studies the general three-dimensional contingency table each cell parameters of maximum likelihood estimation and the Bayes estimation,and the Bayes estimation in the presence of mixed prior.The third chapter is this article,the main results are mainly studied in three dimensional variables with V diagram structure and the Bayes estimation in the presence of mixed prior,accurate expression and two approximate results were obtained.The fourth chapter mainly gives an instance of the second chapter,the third chapter conclusion verification,which makes our contingency table of conditional independence of a new understanding of the Bayes estimation.
