The Beijing Olympics Games in 2008 has ended, and it gave people a lot of memories, while some volunteers have also left people a deep impression. Beijing has successfully, efficiently, and successfully completed the entire operation of the Olympic Games. There are a wide range of reasons, and one of the most important reasons is the assistance of volunteers of the Olympic Games.Satisfaction degree of volunteers, are the margins between actual perceptions and expectations of the work of volunteer service on some major sports events. The smaller the margin, the higher the satisfaction degree; the greater the margin, the lower the satisfaction degree. Through surveys towards volunteer satisfaction degree, managers can find some dissatisfactory parts in the tournament organization and management of volunteers, and make some special adjustments in order to attract and retain more volunteers to participate in public welfare undertakings, which is one of the means to promote and improve the management of major sports events , and is the root for volunteers'activities of major sports events to make sustainable development.In this paper, a method of questionnaire surveys and experts-visiting is used to investigate original data, which is to use primary data for analysis. We ues descriptive statistics, contingency table analysis and structural equation model analysis on the collected data.From the study we find some vulnerability and unreasonable places in the management of volunteers, including the fairness of the selection aspects; some unreasonable factors in training time, and uncompleted aspects of training content; and a series of problems on jobs. Through structural equation modeling analysis results, we find that training has a great impact on the jobs, so we need to have excellent training on volunteers so that they can play their roles in the post better, improve efficiency, and complete better service. Working situation has affects on the harvest and personal evaluation of volunteers, and at the same time has a positive impact on the self-perception of volunteers. Therefore, volunteer satisfaction degree on the workplace and the environment will affect the degree of self-harvest, and will play a role in deciding whether the volunteers enjoy their jobs or not. This article also give some recommendations for the management of volunteers by implementing descriptive statistics towards investigation indicators.
