After World War II,Japan's economy developed rapidly and the degree of industrialization increased greatly,which attracted wide attention from the international community.This was closely related to the rapid development of higher vocational education in Japan after the Second World War,and the industrial technical college was an important component of Japanese higher vocational education.section.After the World War II,Japanese higher vocational education experienced the beginning of the 1950s,the development of the 1960s and the construction of the higher vocational education system in the 1970s,and formed a system of higher vocational education with the characteristics of diversification and marketization.In Japan's higher vocational education system,industrial colleges is the most representative of a class,it is mainly funded by the state school,focusing on training senior engineering and technical personnel.The Japan's Industrial College of Technology is a higher vocational school that supports Japanese technology and founding policies.It has its own unique school characteristics,emphasizes the combination of economic development in the area where the school is located,and optimizes the allocation of resources,showing a strong development vitality,Has a good development prospects.Based on the research,this paper explores the development course and development characteristics of Japanese industrial higher specialized schools,and analyzes some aspects of the development of higher vocational education in Japan.Based on the study,this paper explores the development of higher vocational education in Japan.Dilemma and the important measures taken by the Japanese government to this end,and ultimately combine the current situation of China's higher vocational education development,learn from China's higher vocational education development measures for the development of higher vocational education in China to provide some reference.In this paper,the Japanese Industrial College as an example to study Japan's higher vocational education,mainly by the following six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,mainly to review the research results of previous researchers and research ideas to determine.The second chapter analyzes the background,the development course and the current development of the Japanese higher vocational education after the Second World War.In the third chapter,taking the industrial polytechnic as an example,the paper focuses on the Japanese industrial polytechnic from the aspects of the school system,the discipline and specialty setting,the teacher allocation,the industry-university cooperation and the employment situation of the students and the graduates.In the fourth chapter,based on the research of the third chapter,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Japan's technical colleges and its countermeasures.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the development of higher vocational education in Japan,the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the development of higher vocational education.The last chapter is the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.
