In today's information era, the development of Internet technology greatly accelerated the pace of human knowledge sharing, but also has great influence on the high school physics teaching in the field of basic education, highly intelligent mobile terminal based, finally the birth of a new type of information learning resources --- "micro class".With the increasing popularity of mobile terminals, today's high school, most students have their own digital products and intelligent mobile phone, how to guide students to use mobile phone health has become an unavoidable problem of education.The micro course, it not only has the characteristics of small and acoustic painting,can greatly arouse students' senses and efficiency of learning activities, can also meet the fragmentation of mobile learning needs.In this paper, we focus on the development of high school physics optics part of the micro class, to solve the common problems in the process of optics learning.High school physics, micro-class production and application in the country although there has been some accumulation and development,but there are still a series of problems, such as lack of teachers of micro class resources development efforts lead to physical quality can be used in the line of micro class resources and so on, in order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some principles and methods the physical micro class resources effective development.At home and abroad in this paper, we study the main work lies in the combination of class, on the basis of existing achievements and theory, on the part of students and the teacher questionnaire, according to their needs, adopted the ADDIE model systematically analyzed the high school physics course development and application of the elements of type, on the basis of creatively summarized suitable for high school physics class to develop effective model and procedures, in order to prove the validity of the model and the effectiveness of the theory with practice, to teach grade as the research object in the high school physics experiment, the content of the optical through teaching before and after the independent sample difference significance test proves that the author puts forward an effective mode of lesson of high school physics design is correct and effective. This is not only a line for the majority of the physics teachers in making micro physics class provides an important reference, also for micro course website construction of primary and secondary schools in tianjin in the late laid a good foundation.
