One of the purposes of college physical education teaching is to improve students' physical quality,and the public physical education teaching is the important means to strengthen and improve students' physical quality.There are many factors restrict the development of college physical education.Such as,students' ideas that understand the sports is biased and inadequate,the methods of physical education teaching are not attractive in the college classroom and students' learning interest is not high.In this case,students cultivate their interest of sports and form active thinking about exercise through the use of happy teaching method.Students improve the development of physical quality in the process of happy teaching and finally,they improve the development of students' physical quality in the process of happy teaching.According to this situation,college students cultivate their interests in sports through the use of happy teaching method,and they have the idea of positive active exercise.They improve the development of students' physical quality in the process of happy teaching.Finally students reach the national physique health standard and improve subjective well-being.In this paper,“happy teaching method” measures on the subjective well-being of Modern College of Arts and Sciences in Shanxi Normal University is studied,taking the college students of two natural classes as experimental objects.The results show that the use of happy teaching method in college students' public physical education has a significant effect on students' subjective well-being.Therefore,the use of happy teaching method in sports classroom can not only ensure the completion of teaching tasks as well as students master the technical movement and they can improve their subjective well-being by improving their physical quality,but also show that happy teaching method has a positive role in promoting college students' subjective well-being.In the happy teaching method of the sports,the phenomenon is more active.And students' enthusiasm andinitiative have great change.And they have change in knowledge and skill,their initiative cognition has improved and they don't need the teacher to urge them to exercise.According to the study,students' state of life and learning have great change.Through the analysis of the data,it is concluded that the students who use the happy teaching method have obvious changes in the status of the physical education class and the state of life,the negative emotions and positive emotions have changed significantly.The experimental process use a semester and the main course is physical quality.So,through the use of happy teaching method of teaching for a semester,students' performance and the final results have positive effect.In the teaching process of experimental class and general class,the most obvious difference is that students who study in the experimental class have enthusiasm of study and participate in more activity in the classroom after a period of happy teaching method,and the relationship of teacher and students also show a significant difference.There are many differences between happy teaching method and traditional teaching method and they mainly focus on the following aspects: teaching goal,teaching strategy,teaching organization form,teaching evaluation.The students of experimental class are different from the general class,and the experimental class is superior the control class.Suggestions:Use competition method in the quality of practice to stimulate students' enthusiasm.Take music into the classroom to give sports the power of art.Use sport games in the classroom primarily and transform teaching methods and strategies flexibly.Use language art reasonably and dig happy teaching methods in the field of teaching then expand the scope of the application of happy teaching methods to increase students' subjective well-being.
