Research On Relationships Of Innovative Start-ups With Employment Of University Students

With the increasing of the input for higher education,at the same time,the number of college graduates also grow with,the problem of employment of university graduates has become a topic of social concern,especially in the current economic slowdown,the industry is in the throes of restructuring,the contradiction between supply and demand and the talent employment of college students is more and more prominent.On the one hand,the existence of some university enrollment blind,professional setting to follow suit phenomenon,the industry caused by the employment demand and employment supply structural problems,and different types of industries and enterprises is restricted by its own characteristics to absorb knowledge workers,as the employment effect can not be fully utilized;on the other hand,there are a lot of the space to improve the innovation ability of enterprises in our country on the whole,technological innovation ability and the added value of the products is not high and other problems,will restrict the development of enterprises and employment to absorb ability,thus further affect the college students’ employment quality.Therefore,in order to occupy the commanding heights of economic development in the new era,the government strongly advocated the "Peoples Public entrepreneurship,innovation" is followed by the tide of the times,and has the characteristics of innovation enterprise is not only the cradle of the new engine,the future economic development of social innovation,will also provide an opportunity for the promotion of College Students’ employment quality,nurturing innovation the development of venture enterprise.Support is the innovation enterprise development high technology high growth,to improve the quality of employment,promoting its industrial employment proportion,promote the release of its employment effect provides positive result,the selection and development of College Students’ innovation enterprise employment effect as the research object,further analysis of the relationship between the two.In this research,the author by the method of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the GEM listed companies as the research object.Firstly,basing on existing research,defines the concept characteristics of the innovation enterprise,summarizes the current situation and development of College Students’ innovation enterprise employment;through the construction and analysis of regression model correlation,correlation analysis of different industry innovation enterprise in the employment of college students and the quantification,and establish the regression model,to estimate the driving effect on the growth of enterprises and employment;analysis of internal and external factors of innovation and enterprise development and the impact of college students employment problem,using the employment elasticity function,industrial investment intensity of R&D quantitative analysis two,fitting curve on scale analyzes the impact of internal factors,from the policy,city construction Qualitative analysis of the field environment,education system,salary structure,so as to put forward suggestions on the employment of College students.
