| The national battle against poverty will be successfully completed in 2020.However,this does not mean that intergenerational poverty among poor groups can be prevented.Studies have confirmed that intergenerational poverty is closely related to the psychology of poor groups. At the same time, many studies have shown that the mental health status of poor groups of middle school students is not optimistic, and there are some differences between them and non-poor groups. In other words, although the children of poor groups have received more attention and support in school and society, their mental health level has not reached the average level of non-poor students, and they tend to external attribution when facing problems. Therefore, the mental health of poverty-stricken students is still the object that the school should pay close attention to,which is the unshirkable mission and responsibility of the school.Previous studies have shown that psychological capital, attribution style and mental health are closely related, but the existing research lacks in-depth discussion on the relationship between the three. Therefore, this study attempts to systematically explore the relationship between the three, which can not only supplement the theoretical results in this regard, but also provide an empirical basis for the mental health education of poverty-stricken students in schools. This study adopts the questionnaire method.203 poverty relief students who met the standards were selected from a junior middle school in Y City,Jiangxi Province. The Chinese middle school students’ mental health scale, psychological capital scale and multi-dimensional multi attribution causality scale were used to collect relevant data. The results are as follows:1.The self-efficacy of junior middle school students out of poverty is low,and self-efficacy,resilience and total score of psychological capital show significant differences in gender and grade.2.Junior middle school students out of poverty scored higher in internal attribution than external attribution. The factors of interpersonal effort showed significant differences in gender;Academic luck, interpersonal luck and external control attribution showed significant differences in grade.3.There is a negative correlation between extrinsic attribution and psychological capital; There is a positive correlation between mental capital and mental health; There was a negative correlation between internal control and external control attribution and mental health. The results of regression analysis show that internal and external control attribution can significantly predict mental health, and psychological capital can significantly predict mental health.4.Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role in external control attribution on mental health.Psychological capital has a partial masking effect between internal control attribution and mental health.Based on the results of this paper, the researchers put forward some suggestions. In daily teaching, educators should try to infiltrate the mental health curriculum into the teaching of various disciplines, strive to help students form the good habit of inward attribution, and improve the psychological capital level of poverty-stricken students through sandbox and group guidance,so as to improve their mental health level,Finally, get rid of the poverty psychology formed due to economic reasons in the past and realize the purpose of blocking intergenerational poverty. |
