A Research On The Problem Of Rural Preschool Education In Xin'gan County

Preschool education is the beginning of individual life development and the basement of lifelong education.It is vital to ensure the mental and physical health of the children,consolidate and improve the quality of basic education,and plays an important role in promoting social economy development and realizing social justice.How to build a good environment for the development of rural preschool education and eliminate the preschool education development imbalance between urban and rural areas to promote the healthy development of rural preschool education career,are the important issues in current society,and are the inevitable requirements of harmonious development.In recent years,under the full cooperation between government and social groups,Xin'gan preschool education career made great progress.However,as an important part of preschool education,preschool education in Xin'gan County is still in a difficult situation.By using the methods of interview,observation and literature review,this paper combs the development of rural preschool education in Xin'gan County.The study found that preschool education in Xin'gan County mainly exist the following problems:unbalanced development,inadequate funding,poor facilities and the deficiency of preschool teachers.In-depth analysis of causes and draw lessons from foreign successful experience development of rural preschool education,some corresponding suggestions are put forward.To clear and definite responsibilities and broaden sources of funding channels;To strengthen the management and supervision,in order to improve the level of rural preschool education;To strengthen and optimize the construction of rural preschool teachers;To improve the ideological understanding and popularize the scientific ideas of the preschool education.
