Information age, technology is not conspicuous everywhere, the application of information technology in teaching is also more and more common. Task-based teaching has attracted much attention since its introduction. Based on the present research situation in China, the task-based teaching in the information technology environment is lack of practice and innovation.This study on the basis of literature research, analysis of the status quo of Task-based Teaching under the environment of information technology at present, based on the constructivism learning theory as the theoretical foundation, design and construct the task-based teaching model under the environment of information technology, and its influence on the students' learning effect in verified by practical research. Through the experimental research method and survey method, key research tasks in the disciplines of information technology in hierarchical teaching on learning effect of junior high school students, and task-based teaching support of mobile technology in history and social studies and ideological and moral discipline of learning effect.Conclusions: First, the task of teaching in the information technology environment has an impact on the learning effect of junior high school students, mainly in respect of individual differences in respect of students, real realization of "individualized teaching".Second,under mobile technology support of task-based teaching has a certain effect on the students' learning effect, especially for understand the impact and application of analytical learning tasks, the main reason is that the use of mobile technology can effectively optimize the teaching.
