The issue of migrant workers' children's education has always been the focus of social concern. In recent years, with the relative policy from central government featuring that the local government and public schools have to respond to the migrant children's education policy gradually implemented, the problem that migrant children have equal right to receive education in the urban area is basically resolved. However,how to ensure the quality of their school education has become another major strategic issue which is placed in front of the government and educators. In the study of academia,the issues related to educational process and output, school adaptation, social inclusion and so on with the children's quality of their school education have gradually become hot issues. As the important person and the specific implementer of the education, the teachers' willingness of accepting migrant children makes an important difference to whether the children are treated equally, whether they can improve their learning and social inclusion. Therefore, it's of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the teachers' acceptance of migrant workers' children and its determinants.This study takes the teachers as the research object, and takes the teachers'willingness of accepting migrant workers' children as the entry point. As the evidence base data analysis from 5 cities in Guangdong and Hubei provinces, this research on the basis of analyzing the present situation of teachers' acceptance, and then analyzing the main factors which influence teachers, acceptance willingness to children of migrant workers. In addition, put forward targeted policy suggestions to improve the social inclusion of migrant workers' children.The research is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction, mainly puts forward the research questions, introduces the research purposes and the significances,defines the core concepts, and the literatures review about teachers' psychological commitment to children of migrant workers; The second part is the research design,which mainly includes the refinement of research questions, introduces the research method and the research sample, and determines the overall thinking of this research. The third part is the description and comparative analysis of teachers accept willingness to migrant workers' children, to explore the teachers' overall willingness of accept migrant workers' children. And on this basis, analysis of different regions, gender, title, education and other categories of teachers' acceptance differences with the children of migrant workers. In the fourth part, the multiple regression model is used to quantitatively analyze the teachers' psychological commitment to children of migrant workers determinants. The fifth part is the research conclusion and the suggestion.Research indicates: The whole willingness of teachers accepting migrant workers'children is high, but there are differences in different types of teachers. Provinces,experiences before high school, school nature, school type and teacher education concept are important factors affecting teachers' acceptance. This research argues that the inflow government should further reduce the threshold of children's entry, create an inclusive social atmosphere, and through promote teacher professional development, integrate the concept of multicultural education and other means to enhance the teachers' acceptance,to promote the adaptation and social inclusion to children of migrant workers.
