Rural migrant workers' children are educational vulnerable groups whose educational issue not only concerns people's livelihoods,but also is an important social problem we should face in China's rapid urbanization process.It has always been noticed by national governments,educational management departments and the whole society.With the performance of two main policies,the difficulties for the children in entering school has been effectively relieved.But the problem of their educational inclusion is still prominent.If the problem can't be solved effectively,it must affect their social inclusion,which will eventually restrict the healthy development of China's urbanization.At present,some experts and scholars have made a lot of research and put forward many points,which have important reference value.The paper is based on the former study to discuss the problem of rural migrant workers' children educational inclusion,which comprehensively applies the knowledge of pedagogy,sociology,psychology and so on by the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interviewing and chooses the rural migrant workers' children who are in compulsory education stage in Xiangcheng District,Zhangzhou.The paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction one.Through the collection and study of the related data,combined with our own conditions,this part mainly introduces the course background and research status at home and abroad,elaborates the related concepts of rural migrant workers' children and their educational inclusion and puts forward the theory of social justice,social inclusion and interpersonal relationship,which provide certain theoretical basis for the paper.The second part is about the study and survey on the compulsory education of rural migrant workers' children in Xiangcheng District.We take ten compulsory school as an example to reveal the main problems through questionnaires and investigations.Theproblems are the gap between teachers and students,uneasy relationship with other students,lack of initiative study consciousness and difficulties in immersing them in campus culture.The third part is the cause analysis of the problem faced by compulsory education of rural migrant workers' children,which attributes to the aspects of implementation of the compulsory education system,migrant workers' families,migrant workers' children themselves,community household registration management and community culture,etc.In the forth part,the improvement strategies are presented for the problem of integration of education that rural migrant workers' children are facing.The author believes that we should learn from the experiences in education towards migrant children in other countries,perfect compulsory education system,balance educational resources,enhance educational management,intensify psychological guidance,guarantee the family rights of rural migrant workers,intensify the responsibility of family education,build a cultural environment full of harmony and understand,etc.,so as to promote the integration of rural migrant workers' children into urban schools.
