With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the requirements of talent training specifications are getting higher and higher.In the past,the teaching" which puts great emphasis on the knowledge while little emphasis on ability is difficult to meet the requirements of the times,and the curriculum reform has put forward the "process and method" goal clearly for the first time.The "process and method" calls for the changing of the learning styles for students and the teaching methods for teachers;the student is the subject of learning and the master of classes;the teacher should play their guiding role.They ask to Change the rote learning,mechanical memory learning Way,pay more attention to students’ interests and life experience,advocate the acquisition skills in the activities of knowledge,so as to improve students’ comprehensive practical ability and innovation ability.However,the current research on the"process and method" goal is not deep enough and comprehensive,especially the implementation of the"process and method" objectives of junior high school geography still needs to have great research.At the same time,most first-line teachers lack the understanding of the objectives of the target on the "process and method",they do not know how to connect "process and method" objectives with the actual teaching activities and other issues.Therefore,the study of "process and method" in the implementation of junior high school geography teaching has strong practical significance.This paper mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical analysis method and others to study.First of all,this paper collects and analyses the domestic and foreign materials on the objectives of "process and method",putting forward the research background,significance,methods and ideas;Secondly,it defines the related concepts,theoretical basisand research progress.Thirdly,the questionnaire was compiled on the basis of reading and interviewing a large number of literatures,and the present situation of "process and method" goal in junior middle school geography teaching was investigated and analyzed.Fourthly,according to the actual implementation of the problems that may exist in the analysis and research,and the paper gives the corresponding implementation recommendations.Fifth,according to the theoretical basis of this study and related recommendations,the paper makes case design;Finally,the paper makes the main conclusions of this study,the innovation of the study,as well as the study of the shortcomings and prospects.Through the questionnaire surveys,found some problems:(1)most teachers do not understand the function of the "process and method" goals,and it is difficult to define the connotation of "process" and "method";(2)the design of teaching objectives is not ideal,the design basis of "process and method" target is relatively good;(3)the lack of effective strategies to achieve the "process and method" objectives;(4)The main reasons affect the objectives of "process and method" for the implementation are the curriculum restrictions,cooperative learning in the form and the difficult management of students.On the basis of the investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the problems: Improve teachers’ understanding of the connotation of "process and method" by changing the concept of teachers and strengthening teacher training;Optimize the design process of the "process and method" target;to make the effective strategy to achieve the goals of "process and method" come true.Finally,according to the theoretical basis of this article,to achieve the "process and method" target strategy and teaching cases design should follow the corresponding principles to design the corresponding cases.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)"process and method" goals in the specific implementation exists more deficiencies;(2)factors that affect the implementation of the "process andmethod" objectives include the lack of time,and the formality cooperative learning;(3)Proposing the implementation of the "process and method" objectives.The innovation is: Starting from the teaching design of "process and method" goal in classroom teaching,this paper investigates and analyzes the existing problems in the implementation of the "process and method" target dimension in classroom teaching,on this basis,the paper puts forward the strategy of implementing the "process and method" goal,and tries to make the strategy more feasible.
