The secondary vocational training is an important part of the training of middle school teachers in China.In the process of advancing educational fairness and equal education,the secondary vocational education is coordinated with the development of junior high school education.The quality of education and teaching of secondary vocational teachers plays an important role so that the important value of teachers after-service training is more and more prominent.In China's secondary education,the secondary vocational education has been in a more marginal position.In order to continuously improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational education in China,in order to continuously improve the learning environment for secondary vocational students,it is very important to provide better vocational education for secondary vocational students and to start from teacher training.Because of this,the author on the basis of the relevant information collected on the basis of a questionnaire survey,teacher interviews and a series of research methods from a number of institutions of 300 teachers in the training of the situation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the post-service training of secondary vocational teachers from the angle of post-service training objectives,content organization,method selection,form arrangement,resource allocation and evaluation utility.And thus put forward from the "Internet+education" point of view to solve these problems,Such as "relying on the Internet,flexible adjustment of training programs";"the Internet as a platform to effectively enhance the post-training effect";"online teaching for ideas,enhance training participation" and other solutions.In the study of these research strategies,the author of online learning and offline research between the relationship of thinking,and draw the following conclusions:In the course of the development of vocational training for post-secondary teachers,it is not only possible to improve the post-training of post-secondary teachers in the form of online and offline combination,but also to help teachers to solve the contradiction between learning,work and life.So that teachers can be a new way of thinking,a new attitude to face the post-vocational training of teachers in vocational training,so that the value of vocational training in the post to get the most play.
