In recent years,with the opening of the two-child policy in China,the number of young children increases,the demand for kindergarten teachers also increases,and the quality of preschool education is increasingly high.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)for the first time put forward the idea of "providing children at a young age" and "providing pre-school education",which is an important task for the future development of preschool education in China and points out the direction for the future development of preschool education in China.What follows is the higher and higher requirements for the pre-school education major students as the quasi-kindergarten teachers and the higher vocational colleges to train them.As an effective way to test and practice students' knowledge and skills,in-post practice is of great importance.The development of in-post practice needs the active cooperation of vocational colleges,preschool education students,kindergartens and the government.At present,the research on the current situation of in-post internship in preschool education major in higher vocational colleges is still relatively insufficient in China.Therefore,this study in higher vocational colleges to Q city as sample,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview,etc.,investigating the present situation of the preschool education specialized field work,found that preschool education major in higher vocational colleges students in the field work in psychological gap caused by the big ideal and reality,the higher vocational colleges to students on the field work schedule inflexible and tradition,the contents of the kindergarten teachers guidance to the student is not balanced,the social question keeps pulling them interns and other issues.Therefore,the improvement strategies to improve the effect of in-post internship are proposed: first,in-post interns should improve their professional quality,make full psychological preparation,formulate early career planning,actively store energy,strengthen the ability of reflection and self-management,learn relevant laws and regulations,and improve the awareness of self-protection.Second,higher vocational colleges mustcomplete field work of the mobilization of the propaganda work,strengthen choose internship garden's intervention,the tendency to demonstration kindergartens,adjust the field work time,to make it more scientific,more money,improve to stress field work guides the work of teachers,using "WeChat","school","garden" to supervise the cooperation;Thirdly,the kindergarten should do well the work before and after the internship,so as to maximize the cooperation and mutual education,attach importance to the selection and training of teachers,stimulate the growth,guide teachers to carry out multi-dimensional guidance,and promote the all-round development of students;Finally,the government should set up a supervision department,improve the rules and regulations,strengthen the protection,increase the input of funds,improve the enthusiasm of "schools","parks" and "students",give play to the role of information supervision,spread positive energy.
