Teachers are the transformers of educational theory and educational practice.A new round of basic education curriculum reform has put forward urgent needs for high-quality teachers.Teachers' professional development has been widely concerned and has gradually become an important subject in education.The connotation and way of the professional development of teachers can help teachers to improve their own teaching ability,and the school-based teaching-research as an effective way of professional development of teachers gradually implemented in many primary schools.School-based teaching-research is a kind of education and research activities carried out by the school as the main position of the education and teaching research,which is compatible with the school-based teaching-research system in the new curriculum reform.It is also the requirement of curriculum reform and the necessity of teachers' professional development and it gradually become mature.The author reviews the relevant information of teachers' professional development and school-based teaching-research.It is found that the theory of school-based teaching-research and teacher's professional development is mature,so the author chooses the teacher's own practice,combines the actual situation of teaching.This paper explores the factors that influences the professional development of teachers in school-based teaching-research,and then puts forward some strategic suggestions on the reflection of the school-based teaching-research activities at the present stage.Therefore,based on the previous research,Law,literature and observation of the T City S primary school a total of 10 teachers conducted a school-based teaching-research activities observed and interviewed,and collected a number of teachers of school-based teaching notes and reflection notes.This paper makes a deep analysis of the collected data,and draws the factors that affect the professional development of teachers in school-based teaching-research,and puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of school-based teaching-research activities in S primary schools at the present stage.The main contents of this study are as follows: The first part is the introduction.Firstly elaborated the reason and research value of this study,followed by a detailed combing the relevant research status at home and abroad,and finally elaborated the main research methods and theoretical selection.The second part is the collection andcollation of the interview materials and literatures of the research objects.Based on the interview data of teachers,the author uses the three dimensions(professional knowledge,professional ability and professional self)to summarize the theory of pedagogy.The third part is to discuss the factors influencing the professional development of teachers in the school-based teaching-research by interviewing and combing the interview data.The conclusion comes from the adaptability of school-based teaching-research and teacher professional development.School-based teaching-researching reflects the teacher's self-reflection,the expression of teachers' daily teaching behavior and the expectation of society will have an impact on the professional development of teachers.The fourth part is the reflection of the factors influencing the professional development of teachers in the school-based teaching and research,the reflection on the current situation of the school-based teaching-research activities,and the corresponding strategies to improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching-research based on the analysis of the data.
