Employment Incentive Question In Search Of The NEET Trend In The University Graduates

With the continuous economic development in our country during recent years,there have appeared a new group.This group hasn’t graduated from schools,but they tend to NEET.In terms of future jobs and career,they are at loss and acting inactively.Instead of looking for a job by themselves after graduation,the only thing they can think of is to depend on their parents.This phenomenon has to be paid attention to.We can’t wait until they’ve become real“NEET community”,but should do something to help them be more positive in job-hunting and prevent the trend before graduation.Despite the fact that they’re well-educated and have achieved high degrees,they’re still afraid of looking for jobs.The expanding and strengthening social pressure in the job market has made more and more students part of the“NEET community”.On the one hand,the university graduates who join the “NEET community” will be a waste of human resources.On the other hand,it will have adverse impact on the harmonious and stable development of the society.Moreover,it will affect the sound development of the healthy personality of university students.This research studies the employment behavior trend of university students and analyzes the features of the potential“parents-depending” group,as well as the influence on the society,families and individuals,so as to find out the underlying reason for them to depend on their parents.Solutions such as ideological and political education have been put forward to draw the attention of the whole society to the “NEET university graduates”.Timely countermeasures have been taken to prevent the trend from spreading and to help them with the job-hunting and employment.Comprehensive analysis based on four factors has been done to explore the countermeasures of employment incentive for university students through ideological and political education.The first part is introduction,in which the issue has been pointed out the corresponding meaning has been explained.The research findings in both home and abroad provides theoretical support for the following researches;The second part analyzes and summarizes the definition and features of “the NEET community”,as well as the adverse impact on the society,families and individuals;the third part is based on the survey andinvestigation on employment behavior trends of students from three universities or colleges in Harbin.Through analysis,the study has come up with their main ideological and behavioral features as well as the problems in external factors,such as government,universities or colleges,and families;the fourth part is to explore the ways to prevent spreading of the trend of NEET through ideological and political education,so as to help them successfully get a job.From the perspective of ideological and political education,the environment of the society,the school and the family should be improved.In the meantime,the human-related theories in Marxism should be combined to help the university students to establish correct value on life and the world.In this way,their problems on ideological concepts will be solved.At the same time,we can prevent bad things from happening through addressing the underlying cause.By combining ideological and political education with actual measures of the government,the universities and colleges,and the families can lead to more achievements with less effort.
