| With the social progress,social and economic development and education system reform,higher education from the former "elite education" has already transferred to the"mass education".Facing the conflict between ideals and reality and growing pressures on getting a job and studying.so that their mental health status is affected and the psychological crisis has become increasingly prominent.How to strangle the psychological crisis of college students in the cradle,how to achieve the "full prevention" and "full mental health" and to provide students with relatively safe and harmonious learning and growth environment,have become an important and urgent subject of the university.However,after researching,the prevention of college students’ psychological crisis in our country has did not very well,in terms of the system and the team’s professional philosophy and the level of work full of shortcomings.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature,through the in-depth interviews with relevant staff of N university in Inner Mongolia,this paper set goals on understanding the current situation prevention mechanism and operation effect of college students’ psychological crisis in colleges and universities and tries to put forward a set of effective preventive mechanism of psychological crisis in colleges and universities in view of shortcomings of current college students’ psychological crisis prevention work.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:Chapter One is introduction with the background and significance of this topic.research status at home and abroad and its research ideas and methods and creative points.Chapter Two is an overview of the relevant content of college students’ psychological crisis.This chapter defines the definition of college students’ psychological crisis and the definition of psychological crisis prevention of college students.And it points out the causes of college students’ psychological crisis from macro and micro factors,and then discusses the characteristics of college students’ psychological crisis in detail and the types and expressions of psychological crisis of college students.Chapter Three is an analysis of the staff members’ interview records of the college students’ psychological crisis prevention in N university in Inner Mongolia.In this chapter,through the in-depth interviews with the staff related to the psychological crisisintervention of college students,this paper analyzed the contents of the interview from the starting point,the priority level,the methodology,the prevention effect and the current psychological crisis prevention system and the shortcomings and suggestions of the psychological crisis prevention system induction.Chapter four:Establish and improve the psychological crisis prevention system for college students.This chapter puts forward the measures of the construction of the psychological crisis prevention system in colleges and universities from the guarantee conditions of the psychological crisis prevention and the principles that should be followed,including the construction of the early warning system of the high-risk students who are in the early stage of prevention and construction of the college students before the psychological crisis. |
