College students are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation is the master of the 21st century,is the builders of and reliable successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The ideological and moral quality high and low,ideal,faith,in the 21st century,China has a close relationship with the development and future.Colleges and universities is to cultivate and transport talent base,college students can become a pillars just needed for the state,society,plays an important role in the ideological and political education.At present,our country is in a critical period of social transformation,the ideological and political education is facing the complex international and domestic environment,in the part of the actual effect of ideological and political education in college students’ group presents a weakening trend.Its reason is various,but one of the important reasons is that college students accept the ideological and political education(hereinafter referred to as the receiving power)power is insufficient,so severely restricted the students accept the ideological and political education(hereinafter referred to as the accepting education)of development,not solve the problem of college students accept motivation,the present situation of college students receive education will be hard to change.The ideological and political education in college students accept power not only is a major problem which cannot be ignored,it even decide the success or failure of the ideological and political education.To make the ideological and political education to better play a role of educating people,must first from the growing college students receive the power,the improvement of the college students accept the power operation mechanism.Domestic and foreign scholars for the study of ideological and political education power has made certain achievements,but the starting point and the foothold of the existing research is in the service of the state and society need more level,on college students’ spirit of subjectivity,and the rationality of the college students’ individual needs neglected,the inhibition and weaken the students accept the generation of power,which influenced the effect of the ideological and political education.This paper from the perspective of college students’ individual needs,to explore how to cultivate and develop its power,to further improve the college students accept power training mechanism,for the ideological and political education to achieve the desired effect.Guided by the Marxist theory,this paper from the college students’ needs as a starting point to carry out the investigation and study,on the basis of college students’subjective role,for the purpose of training and development for university to accept power,surrounding the "what is a college student to accept the power,how to cultivate and enhance students accept power" this basic question has carried on the exploration.Thesis consists of two parts of the introduction and main text,the text is divided into four chapters.The introduction.First,points out that the thesis topic selection theory and realistic basis;Followed by the domestic and foreign scholars about motivation research literature review,points out the defects of existing research;Thirdly,introduced the theoretical basis of this study;Its 4 points out this paper selected topic significance;Finally points out that the research ideas and research methods.The first chapter.For power,ideological and political education,college students for defining the relevant concepts such as power.The second chapter.On the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research,combined with the needs of the students,for university students accept the power of discourse elements and characteristics.The third chapter.Through the empirical investigation grasp the college students to accept the question of power.At present,our country universities ideological and political education to accept power is active on the whole,but there are also part of the students accept the problem of insufficient power loss or,analyses its reason from six aspects.The fourth chapter.To discuss the method of development and promote college students accept the power and the basic way.Advocate education through motivation,self education,model demonstration method,through the recognition and meet the requirements of college students,the respect and strengthen college students’subjective role,cultivating college students’ good psychological quality,integration of the ideological and political education elements together,optimizing the environment and so on five basic way to develop the ideological and political education of college students receive power.The epilogue.Further emphasize training and development of college students accept dynamic necessity and urgency,to truly achieve the goal of ideological and political education have a lot of work to do.
