Research On The Practice Of Project Management Based On The Public Service Platform Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Small and medium enterprises(SME)in China have accounted for 98% of the total number of enterprises,more than 60% in China's GDP,more than 50% of tax revenue,provide jobs for more than 80% of urban residents and contribute to more than 82% of new products development.However,managers and practitioners in those SME generally have low academic qualifications,low level of management and professional knowledge,which is need for training urgently.GGX Education and Training Center is now undertaking the education and training tasks for G province's SME,leading by a principle of how to serve the enterprises in the province to contribute to their good and fast development.However,due to the constraints of the central organizational structure,imperfection of project management system,latency in information communication and integration and other issues,the center still has some problems in the training work.After careful demonstration and planning,GGX Education and Training Center has designed and built a public service platform for SME.The platform mainly includes four subplatforms for calling/answering,data collection/management,user interface and applications.The establishment of public service platform has improved training project management,and enhanced the service capacity for SME.Based on the research work of GGX Education and Training Center,this paper has analyzed the problems existing in the training work and built a model for training project management.This paper has six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,purpose,present situation and the research method in China and abroad;The second chapter introduces the theory related to the project and the training management,and also describes the theory in the project training.The third chapter introduces the GXX education and training center,analyzes the problems existing in the current training project,and introduces the public service platform of SME in details.The fourth chapter creates a project management system for SME based on the project management theory.The system consists of four modules.The fifth chapter verifies and analyzes the actual effect of the project management system based on true examples.The sixth chapter is a summary of the results of the study.Based on the research,it can be found that the SME training project management system based on public service platform solves the problems,improves the training efficiency and quality,and also the business level for education and training institutions.
