Since the reform and opening, more and more Taiwanese enterprises investing in China’s mainland, to bring Chinese mainland labor employment, promote the mainland has made a great contribution to the economic development.Yangtze river delta region, in particular, become the important of taiwan-owned enterprise scale agglomeration development area.Because of taiwan-funded enterprises, meanwhile, special production, management and culture background, enterprises face our staff a line after all kinds of obstacle and fails to achieve integrated enterprise, conflict, lead to employees leave, and other phenomena occur frequently, and individual members of society, taiwan-owned enterprise itself and even the realistic and potential harm to social stability, caused the government, the taiwan-funded enterprises and employees itself attaches great importance and wide public concern. Inspired by the objective facts, this study selected A enterprises in wuxi city, jiangsu province as the research site, our staff in A line of obstacle on the basis of A detailed description, further selection within an enterprise is A typical and facing obstacle of employees as A case, from the perspective of intervention of social work practice, the proper choice of the mode of social work intervention methods and, targeted content of various obstacle intervention and strategy to delve into, and the intervention effect on professional evaluation.Finally, the social work intervention taiwan-funded enterprises to adapt to a line of hires obstacles on a summary conclusion practice, and the social work intervention taiwan-funded enterprises to adapt to a line of hires the practice of in-depth thinking, method and strategy, and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.This study is based on the empirical study found that:A enterprise has the age level is low, first-line employees leave frequently basic characteristics, cultural level is not high,adjustment disorder, a line of hires main performance is:the work environment and the assimilation of professional code of conduct and comply with the not free, to professional work value and evaluation is not high, and the significance of professional life, their work ability, work status and the experience of environmental stress and cognitive deficiencies;the cause of our staff line adjustment disorders can be mainly summed up in three aspects:in terms of social level, local governments for foreign companies, including taiwan-funded enterprises, has relatively loose policy restriction, regulation, combined with the related social policy defects and insufficient social channel;in terms of enterprise level, taiwan-funded enterprises in the operation of the high strength work, high closed management system, the high difference between the benefits and simplified way of life and other significant features, inevitably will face more pressure, the mood, state employees some problems. from the individual level, there are objective reasons and subjective factors.A new generation of young employees to one-child, inevitable existence objective character flaws, and self-image and reality existence distance and the lack of self-knowledge, which affects its induction to smooth realization.On this basis, this study further selected the enterprise operation in the process of adjustment disorder prominent hires typical cases, and pointed the selection of different social work intervention mode and method in practice.Specifically:the case work tasks in the center, crisis intervention, and psychological and social treatment model, staff assimilation and adaptation, interpersonal improve employee, employee pressure relief three entry obstacle, described in the case situation, on the basis of clarifying director facing problem and problem analysis, in under the guidance of relevant theories to further develop and implement service plan and service effect of a review, aims to explore a line of taiwan-funded enterprises employee entry obstacle of effective way.In general, the social work intervention taiwan-funded enterprises hired employees to adapt to the barrier effect is obvious.In terms of individual level, which is beneficial to solve the problems of director and staff of physical and mental health development; terms of corporate level, which is beneficial to realize the benign development of enterprise and standard construction.During the process of intervention at the same time, practice, social workers how to properly deal with role conflict, how to effectively avoid the ethical dilemma, how to well coordinate various resources are in the process of practice need to constantly think and explore the reality of the problem.Established in the long run, enterprise social work organization, government purchase services, strengthen our staff union services are effectively solve the obstacle, individuals, enterprises, social benign and sustainable development of the possible ways and needs further exploration.
