Based On The Law Of The Ideological And Political Education Process Study College Students’ Career Planning Guidance

Current college graduates employment situation remains severe,the career planning theory applied to higher education,colleges and universities by conducting career planning guidance to make students more aware and understanding of their own careers and make a reasonable career orientation,effectively enhance their employability,and thus play a role to alleviate the current employment pressure.However,the current domestic career planning guidance to Western theories based,has not yet formed localization practice mode,with emphasis on cultivating students’ self-planning ability,and neglect the cultivation of students’ ideological and political qualities.On the one hand,career planning guidance based on the law of ideological and political education can help students improve their ideological and moral cultivation and vocational training,to enhance their overall strength,to realize its full development.On the other hand,college students career planning guidance based on the law of ideological and political education can help students establish their own ideals and beliefs,while maintaining a high degree of political consciousness and social responsibility,the social reality of their own strengths and development needs of the combination,in the pursuit of career aspirations at the same time,contribute to society.In this paper,theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide to career planning foreign classical theory: Career Development Theory,the theory of career choice,career anchor theory,integrated use of ideological and political education and the main content of the law of psychology,education science,knowledge management,and through the literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case interview,the summed career planning guidance currently existing problems,and in-depth cause analysis problems,and then put forward based on ideological and political education law students career planning guidance focal point,from ideals and beliefs,educational psychology,ethics,situation and policy,professional and social practice and other aspects of the situation to enrich and improve career planning guidance content;try to build a "comprehensive","full members " and " full " and " personalized " career planning guidance system,and the ideological and political education as the soul of the law throughout;full play a decisive role in the process of ideological and political education law of career planning guidance,broaden the career planning guide way of educatingpeople.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction.Introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the ideological and political education process based on the law of career planning guidance,followed summarizes the research status of domestic law of ideological and political education,career planning guidance at home and abroad research status and ideological and political education law and career planning guidance combining research status.Finally,research ideas,methods and innovations career planning guidance based on ideological and political education laws.The second part is the process of ideological and political education law and relevant overview of the college students’ career planning guidance.It first illustrates the process of ideological and political education of theoretical basis,basic connotation and main contents,secondly elaborated on college students’ career planning guidance of the basic connotation,main content and related theory,system again the interpretation of the ideological and political education and college students’ career planning guidance,internal connection last it discusses the process of ideological and political education on college students’ career planning guidance.The third part is the problem and why college students career planning guidance currently exists in the analysis.First,from the students,universities,three levels of society discussed the current college students career planning guidance in the problems,followed by analysis of the causes of the problems of career planning during the current guidance.The fourth part is based on ideological and political education law Reflections on Students’ Career Planning Guidance.First discusses the principles based on ideological and political education law career planning guidance,and secondly describes the focus of career planning guidance based on ideological and political education law,and finally focus on based on ideological and political education law career college students planning guidance system.
