Objective: Gay social discrimination is widespread and at the same time is a high incidence of AIDS,has become one of the important social problems.In order to understand the psychosocial characteristics of gay men and their influencing factors,we study and analyze the five aspects through questionnaire and interview.Through research to put forward measures to reduce discrimination,improve the gay men themselves psychological and emotional problems,and other relevant research to provide basic data.Methods: On the basis of reading the relevant books and reviewing a large number of literatures,the relevant indicators,which may cause sexual orientation change,are proposed through the form of discussion,and the indicators are screened and self-made questionnaire.The preliminary draft of the questionnaire is pre-surveyed,and the feedback is completed and the questionnaire is formed under the guidance of the experts.According to the gold watch scale production orientation score table.Using the overall random sampling method,in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention organized a large public welfare activities in the survey object,while recruiting male gay volunteers in the questionnaire survey.Statistical analysis was performed using Epidata database and SPSS16.0.Results: A total of 374 respondents met the inclusion criteria and conducted statistical data.1.Basic demographics: 99.2% of the survey respondents aged 15 to 55 years,the average age of 31.23 ± 8.73 years old.Sexual orientation score distribution: 3 points 50 people(13.4%),4 points 68 people(18.2%),5 points 51people(13.6%),6 points 205 people(54.8%).2.Sexual development: 235(62.83%)said that the first sexual object in adolescence is male,276(73.80%)have the same sex to love(or crush)experience,sexual fantasy object There were 272(72.73%)of men,and 194(51.87)had physical contact with men,and 150(40.11%)had masturbation or masturbation with adolescence.3.sexual feelings: adolescence 254(67.91%)first with men sexual behavior,nearly two into a female love or have a close relationship with the frustration of the experience.4.Family living environment: There are 157(41.88%)who live with their mother most of the time before the age of 7 and 18(4.81%)of their parents who have been dressed as girls in their childhood.201 people(53.74%)grew up with their sisters at home and grew up.5.General social experience: 264 people(70.59%)in the clear sexual orientation before the contact with homosexual knowledge.84(22.46%)have long experience(more than half a year)living in a single male environment.There were 87(23.26%)of those who felt that there were some special events in life and had an important influence on the formation of their homosexuality.6.Of the respondents,12.30% and 4.81% had traumatic experiences from men and women before the age of 18,and thought that the traumatic experienceled to a change in their sexual orientation.84 people(22.46%)had experience of masturbation,oral sex,kissing,and 35(9.36%)had been trapped or raped by men.The average score of sexual development in gay men was 55.04%,and the average score of sexual experience was 41.76%.The scores of qualitative gay men were 11.26 ± 2.87 higher than that of male bisexuals 9.27 ± 3.91,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(P <0.05).The difference between the average score and the total score of male sexual homosexuality and male bisexuality in the four aspects of sexual development,sexual experience,general social experience and traumatic experience.Among the 28 core indicators,14 were significantly different in the scores of different sexual orientation(P <0.05),including sexual development(6),sexual feelings(4).Conclusion: The age span of this survey was large,but mainly focused on the older age of sexual activity.Qualitative homosexuality accounts for more than half of the overall survey,consistent with the relevant reports at home and abroad.Adolescent sexual development has an impact on the sexual orientation of adolescents;the first sexual experience has a greater impact on the formation of sexual orientation;whether with women had sexual relations,experience and sexual pleasure with women,and whether to become homosexual is not necessarily linked,But the intimate contact with women when the frustration experience has an impact on sexual orientation;long-term with the mother together or from a small sister with the play,the sexual orientation of the gay sexual orientation;sexual orientation before the contact with homosexual knowledge,sexual orientation The effect of the special events on the sexualorientation is clear and can not be ignored.The traumatic experience of passive access has a great influence on the sexual orientation of homosexuality.Sexual development,sexual experience,general social experience and traumatic experience of these four aspects of the formation of male sexual orientation has a greater relationship.Sexual psychological development and sexual feelings have an impact on the sexual orientation of gay men,and the influence of sexual psychology on the quality of homosexuality is more extensive.Traumatic experience has a certain significance to the formation of male bisexuality.
