Instructional design is the key part of teaching work,and instructional design ability is the expression of professional quality.In the high school teaching stage,history teaching is different from other subjects in characteristics,the existing forms of the past,the cognitive structure of the diversity,differences the mode of thinking and the flexibility,and combination of relations between subjects of the high school history teachers' teaching design ability has a wide and deep requirements.Study on the ability of teaching design in senior high school history teacher,not only helps to enrich the theory of teacher professional development,to promote the professional growth of teachers,more can effectively optimize the effect of classroom teaching and promote integrated development of students,and promote and affect the implementation of the new curriculum reform of basic education in activity method,conducive to the training and shaping of special the ability of senior high school history discipline required general learning ability and the discipline of history in the new curriculum reform.In the process of construction and practice of history teaching design,many of the current high school history teacher with history and history teaching principle,reasonable and effective teaching design,development and improvement of the teaching design ability,and promote their students improve.However,teachers are hard to identify the connotation of history teaching design ability,teaching process,the essence is still showing emphasis on imparting knowledge of the classroom teaching and memorizing,which knowledge of the classroom teacher centered teaching mode,teaching mode,single rigid phenomenon,affecting students' growth and development,which can not meet the needs of modern society talent,on the contrary to the history and characteristics of history teaching principles.According to this phenomenon that is not just because of lacking of these teaching design ability,what's more which is to understand the teaching design of fuzzy or insufficient,mainly for teaching design and teaching design ability and the ability of teaching design and the confusion of history teaching design ability confusion.The concept of vague and lack of a direct result of its history in practical teaching,which is difficult to fully accomplish the teaching goal,to improve the more difficult to enable students to acquire knowledge,ability and emotion value and to shape of students and cultivate core competence.Therefore,this article mainly uses the literature research method and the interview research method,which has carried on the investigation to the high school history teachers' teaching design ability.With the history teachers of Senior High School of communication and interviews,combined with their own education practice in the perception and learning,teachers' teaching design ability of the history and summarizes detailed study.In order to provide some suggestions for the development of high school history teaching and improvement.
