In recent years,more and more videos and cases of family language violence have appeared in the public view and gradually attracted public attention.But before that,the phenomenon is rarely subject to the attention of the state and the public,and the studies of family violence are also relatively scarce.Therefore,it is of great significance to the development of physical and mental health of children that taking effective measures to prevent and deal with family language violence.In this paper,the students of two rural junior middle school in X township were the main questionnaires,and some junior middle school students,college students and105 parents of junior middle school students were interviewed.The results show that language violence is prevalent in rural families.Family language violence is significantly correlated with academic achievement and parent-child relationship of the rural junior middle school students.The middle and lower class students are more vulnerable to parental language violence,and the relationship with their parents is also worse.Family language violence has negative effects on the character,interpersonal communication,self-esteem and self-confidence of rural junior middle school students.The parents’ explosive temper,the junior middle school students’ bad behavior and academic achievements,the discordant family relationships and other factors are the causes of the frequent family language violence.As for the coping strategies,the rural junior middle school students mainly take the inappropriate way of silent response or argument with parents.The rural junior middle school students generally reflect that the parental language violence cannot prompt them to change the bad behavior and they prefer parents to use the persuasive education and patient induction.The studies suggest that the cause of family language violence are mainly in the following six aspects: the first is the inheritance and release of violence culture;the second is the lack of correct education view;the third is the distribution of dictatorial discourse right;the fourth is the unsound characteristics of personality;the fifth is the induction of irritating behavior situation;the sixth is the lack of relevant laws andregulations.The studies suggest that the educators can resolve and circumvent the generation of family language violence from both of the coping and prevent terms.In terms of coping,it is needed to provide the necessary family and social assistance to the victims.In terms of prevention,it mainly includes three parts: First,increase publicity and education efforts to raise public awareness of language violence.Schools can put the content of anti-family language violence into the course of integrated practical activities to raise the awareness of family language violence.The community can use the mass media to popular the concept of governance violent in accordance with the law to the rural parents and minors,while provide the effective way of help to the minors;Second,formulate the relevant policies and regulations,and reinforce the foundation of legal system.For example,making it clear that the family language violence should be included in the scope of family violence,family violence is in the burden of proof,and perpetrators have the legal responsibility and bear the punishment etc;Third,master parent-child communication skills and build a harmonious parent-child relationship.In order to alleviate the parent-child conflict,build a harmonics parent-child relationship and reduce the occurrence of family language violence,the schools can provide the effective parent-child communication skills to the parents and students.
