Research On School Violence Of Rural Junior Middle School Students

It is an important research topic that how to deal with the problem of school violence in rural junior middle school scientifically and guarantee the healthy growth of rural junior middle school students.This paper introduces the research background,significance and methods,basic connotation,outlines the campus violence types,basic theory,influencing factors,hazard and China's junior high school campus violence,summarizes the research status of the campus violence issues.On the basis of investigation and research,we can draw a conclusion.Taking students as the research object,the design of campus violence and the overall situation in the campus violence questionnaire,questionnaire based on the perspective of students and the causes of campus violence,campus violence and treatment attitude questionnaire.The results show that,in Shouguang rural junior middle school,campus violence phenomenon is relatively common,and many are because of some trivial and emotional problems,and the ways of dealing on campus violence most students are report to the teacher for help,but there are also some people choose to swallow,it has a great relationship with the physical and the psychological characteristics of junior high school students.With the teacher as the research object,the design of teachers in view of campus violence causes questionnaire,treatment for campus violence questionnaire based on the results of the study show that the lack of family education "," students competitive ",and" love cause jealousy "is the three main reasons for the problems of campus violence.And the subsequent processing in campus violence problems,the majority will be involved in the violence criticism of students and their parents to communicate,abused students psychological comfort,but there are few teachers on students' psychological violence.This embodies in dealing with the problems of campus violence,the rural school management is not perfect,the main campus safety mechanism is not perfect;the quality of rural teachers lack the lack of communication with parents;school;teacher-student relationship should be improved;monitoring of students;ideological and moral education of school form tendency.Taking parents as the object of study,the questionnaire of family education status was designed.The results show that the lack of family education in Shouguang rural area is an important cause of campus violence.Concretely speaking,the concept of family education is backward,and the rural families are more uncivilized;the impact of the new educational concept.At the same time,the adverse impact of the external environment,such as the impact of the social environment in rural areas;the influence of the media influence;the rural grey forces,and campus violence related legal system are imperfect factors inducing campus violence problems.Finally,according to the conclusion of the survey,this paper proposes specific measures to deal with the school violence in rural junior high schools.First,to improve the comprehensive quality of rural junior high school students.Two is the strict management of rural junior high school campus,the main campus violence is to establish perfect prevention system;improve the quality of teachers of junior middle school in rural areas;rural strengthen communication between schools and parents;an equal relationship between teachers and students;students "attention problems".Three is to strengthen rural family education,mainly to enhance the rural family education consciousness;rural parents pay attention to the details of life;establish a reasonable education concept,strengthen the education and management of children.Four is to create a good social environment,mainly to improve the rural social environment;regulate media guidance;strengthen the rule of law in rural areas.Five is to perfect the campus legislation,mainly to perfect the related responsibility of campus violence disposal,strengthen the comprehensive security management in campus,and intensify the crackdown on campus violence.
