| At present,China is in the crucial period of building a harmonious socialist society and it is also an important time to realize the China dream.As the quasi citizen and the mainstay of the future,it is very important for them to have good citizen consciousness and a higher literacy so that they can participate in social construction with the qualified citizen identity.Therefore,the civic awareness should be an important part of school education,and the school should treat it as important strategic position.Based on this,the research,on Hexi District CZ primary school,is divided into four parts to survey the civic awareness of pupils.Also some suggestions are given in the thesis.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background by describing the development of the time,students’ development and the importance of management;then it explains the purpose and significance of the research,and introduces ideas and methods;it introduces the training of citizen consciousness both at home and abroad.The second part introduces the core concepts and relevant theoretical basis,the concepts of primary school students,citizen consciousness and the cultivating of pupils’ citizen consciousness in detail.Based on the theory of constructivism,children’s moral development theory and citizen education theory,the thesis introduces the theoretical basis of the cultivation of citizen consciousness.The third part is the questionnaire analysis,which is divided into five parts to carry on the questionnaire design,and analyzes the citizen consciousness of pupils from Grade3 to Grade 5 in CZ elementary school.Based on the school and the results of the questionnaire analysis,the fourth part analyzes specific components that constraint the cultivation of students’ civic awareness.And it comes up with some countermeasures to improve the cultivating of civic awareness of pupils,including the system construction,school management,curriculum development,teachers’ development,the activities of the organization and so on. |
