The middle school stage is the critical period of the rapid development and change of physiology and psychology in the lifetime of the people,and it is very easy to be influenced by various factors.In recent years,a large number of research and investigation shows that the current high school students in China's mental health and physical health problems is not optimistic.In the high school stage to carry out psychological and physical health education,especially in the subject teaching infiltration of mental health education,maintenance and promotion of student health,cultivate students a sound personality and strong physique,has become a practical problem of school education needs to be solved.In this study,we used the methods of literature,questionnaire and statistical analysis,interview,practice and other methods to study the infiltration and physical health education in high school biology teaching materials.The results are as follows:First of all,through the questionnaire and statistical method,interview method,a high school in Kunming,a high school of 615 students in general health status and high school biology teacher teaching methods were investigated.The results show that there are high levels of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,paranoia,hostile others,interpersonal relationship and tension,depression,anxiety,learning pressure,maladaptation,emotional instability and psychological imbalance in contemporary high school students The At the same time students do not pay much attention to their health,health habits in the diet and physical health,environmental health,health awareness is low,the situation is not optimistic;and biology teachers in teaching is not enough attention to the health of students to penetrate education.At the same time,this study analyzes the knowledge that can penetrate health education in the three teaching materials of high school biology,discusses the feasibility of penetrating psychological and physical health education in biological classroom,and provides reference for future biology classroom teaching of high school biology teachers in accordance with.This study also carries out the practice of infiltrating psychological and physical health education in biology teaching.The results show that secondary school biology teachers will achieve meaningful results if they are consciously infiltrating health education while teaching knowledge points.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestion of infiltrating health education in biology teaching.
